I've finally commissioned my own (alien) version of Sherlock Holmes. Two years ago, I rewrote “A Study in Scarlet” with an alien twist—you can find it HERE (my apologies, it's in Italian). This AU Holmes is entirely my own personal interpretation. I hope you enjoy it. Commissioned during Pride Month because if Johnlock is going to be canon, at least it is in (my) universe. Commissioned to thegallerypiece
Hi Mr. Holmes. I just asked Dr. Watson and I’d like to know your choose as well.
Would you rather deal with a zombie apocalypse or an alien invasion?
~D🦦🧛🏻
Alien invasion, of course. It's the more logical and safer choice.
A zombie apocalypse is something infectious, which could potentially also infect myself, most likely a viral infection or a chemical agent turning people into half dead cannibals, making them even more stupid and brainless than they already are. And I would rather not turn into such a thing. There are already viruses which are pretty similiar to a zombie virus, like rabies, as it is transmitted through saliva and bites, and basically dissolves your brain, leading to behavioural changes and aggression, and killing you in the end. Also some synthetic designer drugs like synthetic cathinones e.g. Flakka sometimes make people seem like zombies with erratic behaviour. And prion disease dissolves your brain as well.
But an alien invasion would most likely not include an infectious disease, well except if the aliens release something to exterminate humanity, or if the disease itself is extraterrestrial. And aliens are often depicted as more logical than humans, so I would probably get along with them pretty well. And if they want to destroy humanity, why not? I mean look at the state of humanity and the planet, might do some good for the environment. Who doesn't get the urge to destroy humanity now and then, especially when you have to interact with stupid people? People tell me I am like an alien all the time, so maybe we could become pals.
i was growing to accept that you didnt know that the earth goes round the sun but mr harry styles is basic human knowledge.
hes a very lovely singer and hes about 6'0. he has very pretty eyes and an even prettier smile.
he has three whole albums (not including the ones from 1D!!) which have all done pretty well. im probably biased though.
he's also an actor, or trying to become an actor (hes doing so good!!). he was in icarly (when he was 18-19 haha) and dunkirk a couple years back. this year he's got TWO films lined up: my policeman, which is about a queer relationship in the 60s, and dont worry darling, which is a psychological horror!! its a little like the truman show
i've seen him once in concert and i have all his cds!! i have some of his merch, but i cant afford any more lol
i could go on for years about him, to be honest!! i absolutely adore him.
hope you enjoyed reading this frickin essay of a comment :)
How 'interesting'.... if you might wonder why I do not possess basic human knowledge, it is because I am not human.

I got super excited about my tablet pen pressure working again and had to make a blood sacrifice contribution to the rising popularity in the Alienlock AU. Since he turned out so human-like, it would suit him more to be half-human, and he perhaps returns to Earth in search of his relatives. I gave him more than one set of eyes, noses, ears, etc to help show that he is a sensual being, and his exemplary senses aid in his deduction skills. Also, it makes him fun to look at because he has different expression sets depending on which pair of eyes and ears you look at together.
WIP: will color with a super purdy starry palette later
