i've had this shitty ms paint graphic lying around for a while and i was wondering if anyone else had any extra information they could add in
[Image ID: various people from ancient gallifrey flagged up with their relevant category:
involved with regeneration: tecteun, the other, thremix, artron
triumvirate: rassion, omega, the other
contemporaries: tecteun, rassilon, omega, the other, thremix, jelen, gimel
have statues: rassilon, omega, the other, pandak, apeiron, artron, thremix?
six/seven founders: rassilon, omega, the other, pandak, apeiron, thremix?, the other 2???
president: rassilon, pandak, urizen
has a cult: rassilon, omega, the other, pandak, apeiron, eutenoyar /End Image ID]
i guess eutenoyar could also be the sixth founder. i personally favour thremix but i'm biased.
HOW MANY FOUNDERS OF GALLIFREY HAVE YOU SEEN TODAY?
The Sixth Founder
We currently know of six candidates for the Founders of Time Lord society - Rassilon, Omega, Pandak, Eutenoyar, Apeiron and the Other. However, some believe that the Other was unlikely to be one of the six main founders who, unlike them, are commemorated in Gallifrey’s culture. They’re perhaps better thought of as a secretive 7th founder, in the same way that the CIA could be theoretically considered a 7th psuedo-chapter alongside the main 6 (also tying in well with Gallifrey’s base-7 number system). This was confirmed in The Book of the Peace.
I recently found out randomly on TARDIS wiki that Ravenous 4 revealed that Artron energy was named after a very powerful Time Lord from Rassilon’s time: Artron. It’s mentioned that there was a large statue of him in the Panopticon, the same place which held statues of the six founders of Gallifrey.
Is it possible that Artron’s statue was one of those main six in the Panopticon, making Artron the elusive sixth founder?
