I try adding bands to movements that I do in order to not only train different but to force my body to work differently thus adding functional strength into the mix I normally would be able to do 315lbs for about 7-10 reps with bentovers but with no extra resistance , I added bands (50lbs resistance each side) to 275lbs and did it at a slight angle, very difficult to do but it felt.good once I got used to the extra resistance and angle, feels like 400lbs lol I'm on a mission to fix this machine of mine that has seen lots of injuries from.the ring, the streets. The jungle, the desert and beyond , its a work in progress but I will be in the best shape of my life (kinda) in a little bit of time and stay in that flow for life Power and Strength never an issue, bodybuilding Training never an issue.
