These BBQ baby back ribs have just the right amount of smoky, sweet, and salty flavors. The dry rub adds a spicy kick, and cooking the meat slowly on the grill makes it easy to eat. A tasty dish that everyone will love for your next BBQ!
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon salt. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 cup BBQ sauce.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs to make them more tender. For the dry rub, mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, brown sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Use your hands to cover all sides of the ribs with the dry rub. Put the ribs on the hot grill with the bone side down. Cook them over indirect heat for 1.5 to 2 hours, making sure the temperature stays around 275F 135C. Turn the ribs over every 10 minutes and baste them with BBQ sauce for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Don't touch the ribs until they are soft and have a nice caramelized crust. Before cutting between the bones, let the ribs rest for a few minutes. BBQ baby back ribs are delicious when served with your favorite sides and extra BBQ sauce to dip them in.
