I think Bella's patronus would be a hyena (or perhaps Sirius instead?) or a black leopard.
? at "perhaps Sirius instead", do you mean it could be Sirius's patronus aka a dog? But interesting that hyena is such a popular HC! I need to look up more about them. I do like the idea of a black leopard, or any kind of black animal to echo Sirius's black dog. But lion for her is still my favorite, which still gives a connection to Sirius/Gryffindor (and I think Bellatrix was actually a hatstall between Slytherin and Gryffindor), because I don't think a dog itself necessarily fits her.
