Maeglin didn't actually exist

Thingol didn't die, he and Melian just got lost in the woods for 200 more years

Fingon and Galadriel are the same person, somehow

"Maedhros" is actually three different people

Findis is also Miriel's child but everyone forgets her :(

Finarfin was married to Eonwe, not Earwen

Beren, Barahir, and Beor have all had their names and roles mixed up

Most of the stated genders in the Silmarillion are wrong

Sorry for the delay, anon! I didn't have any grown Elrond sketches on hand, so I just whipped one up after work today XD Basically, I imagine he'd still have his crown of flowers and keep his humanoid shape, but he'll also acquire some more silky layers of dark cloth for his hair:

Also, I had these thumbnails lying around and decided to clean them up into proper sketches for you! :D Here's Luthien and Beril (genderbent Beren) when the latter passes away; I wanted to show that the Elves' masks can change expression through very strong emotion, and they'll also leak sap for tears:

And here's Finrod helping Beor walk around! I'd also sketched out a mini-comic with them to portray the mask-changing and sap tears, but lost energy to finish it loll
