JUST FUCKING LEAVE ME ALREADY.

I’ve been bouncing back even when I’ve had moments where my bpd has made me over react and feel things so intensely. Like yesterday i did cry a little but look at me now I am up awake and being productive!

Gosh if someone said I’d get to this place right now where my bipolar is under control and I’m managing my bpd better like this I’d of laughed in their face I thought this would never happen. I know things could and will likely get worse again in the future there will be days where I don’t bounce back as fast. That is a part of having these disorders. That’s fine though because if I have more days like today and less where I struggle as much as I have in the past then I’m happy. Then I’m doing good for myself. I’ve got to be realistic about it all. Today is good. I’m good. I’m strong. Strong as fuck!

i think one of the worst parts of being supremely mentally ill is when you’re feeling okay and then you see a post or a video from someone who loved someone who killed them selves and all you can do is cry and think about how easily those posts and videos could’ve been about you.

my girlfriend refills my weekly pill planner every week and calls in my prescriptions for me and honestly i don’t think she will ever know how supported that makes me feel. she reminds me everyday that she loves me not only despite my mental illness but she embraces it and it’s made me into someone entirely new.
