Ingredients: 2 cups cooked pasta. 1 can diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup chopped onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Chop the onions and add them to the pan. Saut until the onions are clear. Put in chopped bell peppers and sliced mushrooms.
