One scene in ACOSF that really tears apart my heart strings is when Cassian asked Nesta how her day in the library went and she responded by telling him that nothing had tried to eat her that day, and Cassian was, justifiably, worried about her, yet Nesta thought his worry meant she had said something wrong.

My girl has been so mistreated her whole life that she thinks Cassian worrying about her well-being means she said something wrong 😭😭😭 She really can't fathom why anyone would care about her.
