Jin

“Meow.”  Jin glares down at you.  “What are you doing here?”  You squeak a tiny noise, fur puffing up instantly. He shakes his head.  “You react just like her too.” He picks you up, bringing your face close to his. “...Do I really look that scary?” 

Tohma

Tohma’s on the phone.  “Yes. And I’ll take those documents–” He notices you. “I’ll call you back later.”  He steps toward you. “Looks like we have an intruder. I can't have you spilling secrets so I'll have to exterminate you immediately.” You freeze.  He laughs. “Pfft. I'm just kidding.” He crouches down, scratching your ear. “That reaction…you remind me of a particular someone.”

Kaito

You pop out of the bushes. Kaito shrieks.  “Y-you scared me.”  But when he realizes it's just a cat AND it happens to look exactly like you, he steps closer.  Cautiously, he scoops you into his arms. “Wow…you smell like her too.” He pauses. “Wait. That's so creepy!”

Luca

You find Lucas training.  "Meow." He gives you a gentle smile. “It's dangerous here, you know.” Lucas pats his forehead with a towel before crouching down.  He gently checks around your neck for a collar. “Someone must be worried about you.”  He picks you up.  “Let’s go find your owner.”

Vagastrom

Alan

“Meow.”  He looks down. From this angle, he looks like a giant.  Alan glances around, as if to make sure no one’s watching, then drops to his knees.  He searches through his pockets, then takes something out.  A cat treat. Does he always keep those in his pocket?  He watches you sniff it unappetizingly and frowns. “Wait a second. I'll get something else.”  He comes back with a strip of chicken.  …Not much better. 

Leo

“Meow.” “Huh? You've got a problem, cat–”  He stares for a while before a smirk spreads across his face. He opens his camera and snaps a picture. And another. And another. “I've gotta post this. You look just like her. Right down to that dumb expression~”  When you try to leave... "Hey. Where are you going? I need more photos."

Sho

Sho looks out the food truck and spots you. He ducks down, grabs something, then comes out. “Here. It’s mashed pumpkin. You can eat this, can't you?”  You refuse it.  “C'mon, you can't be picky with your veggies too.” Eventually, you take one bite…then another.  Damn. It’s good.  He chuckles as he pets your head.  “Good kitty.” 

Jabberwock

Haru

You’re roaming around Jabberwock when– “Watch out!”  You look behind to see a big boar charging right at you.  Just before it can run you over, Haru scoops you up. He takes you somewhere safe before scolding you. “I don’t know where you came from, but you gotta be more careful.”  But he gets distracted, staring at you face. He pets you with a wide smile. “You sure got a cute face, don’t ya.” 

Towa

You don’t even know where he came from.  “Kitty Dandelion~” He scoops you up and hugs you tight against his chest. “You’re so cute.”  You purr at the affection.  His voice drops. “You’re so weak and pitiful…it makes me want to protect you.”  HUH?

Ren

You enter his room while he’s gaming. You sit on top of his keyboard.  “Huh? What is a cat doing here? Move.” He pushes you off his desk. “And get out.”  He tries to resume but you climb right back on like a menace. “I said–”  He stops. His eyes narrow.  “...Senpai?” He shakes his head. “What am I saying? There’s no way.”  But this time, he simply scoots you to the side instead of pushing you off the desk.  “Fine. You can stay here. Just don’t bother me.”  In between matches, he may or may not run his fingers through your fur. 

Sinostra

Taiga

He crouches down, picks you up by the scruff of your neck, and brings your face close to his.  You can see his jagged teeth so well from here.  “You look a bit tasty. Are you an anomaly?”  You shake your head aggressively. “Gyahaha! No way you really responded.”  He sets you down before giving you a rough pat(?) on your head. “Don’t worry, eating kitty-cats aren't my thing.” 

Romeo

“Huh? What is a cat doing in the casino?!”  Romeo storms down the stairs and stops in front of you.  “Which of you WTWUT let it in…”  His voice trails off as he gets a good look at your face. “Sorry Romeo.” His underling immediately grabs you.  You yowl. “Hey! Don’t be so rough with it!” He shakes his head with a sigh.  “Bring it to my room. It might be useful later.” 

Ritsu

“Meow.”  Ritsu looks up from his book.  “What is a cat like you doing in a library?” He asks, as if you could answer.  “I suppose there’s no specific rule prohibiting animals from entering. In fact, there are anomalies that work here as well. So don’t worry, I will not escort you out.”   He goes back to his book. But every so often, he steals glances of you.  Finally he asks: “...May I pet you?”  (I feel like Ritsu was probably never allowed to have pets– like has never even pet one before. So he's curious what it feels like.)

Cat MC snippets Pt. 2

Some more snippets based on the same premise here. Some of these snippets will make more sense if you read those first. (Gender ambiguous mc, no physical descriptions aside from cat ears and a tail.)

Xavier

It was time to feed the birds.

Your tail twitched in excitement as you watched Xavier pour out an ungodly amount of birdseed. With the amount of food he had been leaving out for the birds these past few days, it was truly a miracle that any one of them could still fly. But the bounty kept the birds around until dusk, meaning endless entertainment for you!

But you also had a master plan. 

Fatso had somehow become even fatter, and Alarm Clock was quickly catching up. It was only a matter of time before they were too sluggish and full of birdseed to escape from your clutches. 

You pressed your face against the glass. “Soon…” You giggled as you watched the birds hop around the patio. 

Xavier came back inside and settled back down on his beanbag chair. You nestled your head in his lap as you continued watching your future prey.

All was good in the world for about ten whole seconds. 

A flash of fur hopped into view, and you blinked. He was large, fluffy, and incredibly orange. And his name was…

“Cheeto!” You hissed. 

Cheeto hissed back.

That meant war.

Xavier, one arm keeping you from crashing into the glass door, quickly closed the curtain. He scooped you up in your arms as you thrashed about. “Closing the curtains won't do anything, Xavier! We've been invaded!” He didn't say anything in response, just ran a soothing hand along your back and whispered sweet nothings into your ear. Your panic quickly began to die down with his steady comfort, and you let yourself melt into his embrace. You began to purr again.

“Don't worry. I've texted Cheeto's owner and let him know he somehow made his way up here.”

“I hope he gets one thousand years of kitty jail for his crimes.”

Zayne

At the Hunter's Association, it was standard protocol for employees to get a full checkup by their physician whenever they were hit by evol, whether they experienced any effects from it or not. Thankfully for you, you had your very own doctor at home. This meant that you got to sleep in while cuddled around the aforementioned doctor without having to worry about long waits or appointments at Akso. 

The impromptu checkup had so far been mostly uneventful, save for you batting a couple popsicle sticks and other medical instruments out of Zayne's hands before he finally got you to cooperate. But mostly, you were just savoring the physical contact and attention while purring up an absolute storm. 

Which brought you two to the current issue at hand. 

Zayne sighed and rubbed his temple. You felt the cool metal of the stethoscope disappear from your chest and you looked up at him blinkingly. “You're still purring so loud that I can't properly hear your heartbeat.” He said. 

“Is it really that loud?”

“Well, it's enough that I certainly can't give you a proper checkup. Here. Why don't you have a listen for yourself?” Zayne gently helped you hook the ear pieces of the stethoscope into your ears and handed you the chest piece. You pressed it against your chest, trying to copy how you had seen him do it before.

Ba-dump. Ba-dump. Ba-dump. 

Your eyebrows knit together as your ears tried to pick out the issue. “I can hear my heartbeat just fine, Zayne.” 

“Really? How about now?” The second you felt Zayne's hand touch your body, the purring began once more, and you looked up at him. A wave of heat crawled up your body. You smiled sheepishly as you nuzzled your head into Zayne's open chest. “I'm sorry. I can't help it.”

Rafayel

Post-pizza murdering guilt settled in quickly. You had eaten, no, devoured that pizza in record time with all the ferocity of a starving lion, leaving nary a crumb of crust nor speck of sauce for poor, pizza-less Rafayel. That pizza was well and truly gone. The starving artist went to rectify his own growling stomach by ordering another round of takeout. And you were left to your own devices. 

Guilt and the instincts from your newfound form compelled you to hunt once more, but this time, for something different. It wasn't too long ago that Raf had lost something he had loved very dearly. He had even refused to go to a gallery showing and made Thomas search for it for five hours straight. 

Following your gut, you began your search. Thanks to your cat-like body, you could squeeze into just the right places that would be harder for the less feline to search. And though you were now covered in an impressive amount of laundry lint, you had found it!

Tail hung between your feet, you poked your head into the dining room. Rafayel's reaction was nigh instantaneous. “Nope. Nuh-uh. Absolutely not. Never again.” Rafayel scrambled onto the table he had been sitting at, holding a takeout bag above his head like a priceless treasure. “Stay back, you beast! This is my cheeseburger, and you can't has it!”

“I'm sorry for stealing the pizza.” You said from the doorway. “I found your other sock that went missing. The one with the boing fish.” 

Rafayel gasped and almost jumped off the table. You placed your catch at his feet and looked up at him with eyes pleading for forgiveness. Rafayel sighed and scratched between your ears, occasionally dusting off the odd piece of lint from your fur. “Honestly, you kitties are nothing but trouble.”

Sylus

Still higher than the stratosphere on Sylus's catnip stash, you were now running wild and free in Onychinus's base after the twins had unwittingly set you free from kitty jail. And on your merry, nip-fueled jaunt through the dark and foreboding halls, you had discovered your new most favorite game of all time: Hide and Bite Ankles. 

Cloaked under the cover of darkness, you staked out your next victim. Arguably, your most difficult target, Mephisto had the advantage of maneuverability and tiny-ass ankles. Do birds even have ankles? You shook your head, deciding to push this question to the back of your mind so you could ponder it more thoroughly at a later time and date. 

A flurry of wing flaps sounded from inside the room, and you made sure to silence your breathing as you moved yourself into the perfect position to strike. There was only one way in or out of this room, not even any windows, and so you knew that the mechanical bird would eventually have to leave. 

All you had to do was watch and wait. 

“There you are, kitten.” Sylus said. Surprised, you shot up in the air. There was a brief scramble of limbs and teeth, only for you to feel the fluffy embrace of your one true weakness: the blanket burrito!

“No! You'll never take me alive!” You screeched, kicking and screaming in vain as you were being taken alive. “You're breaking the rules! This isn't how we play the game, you fiend!”

“Too bad I don't play by the rules, kitten. And, I bite back.” You felt Sylus' teeth sink into the back of your neck, the scruffing making your limbs turn to putty. The will to fight left your body completely. And you felt… Oddly comforted? Perhaps your return to kitty jail wouldn't be so bad.

Caleb

Tail lashing back and forth as you sat by the front door, you kept your eyes glued on the clock. Its blinking, LED interface was mocking you. Time seemingly flowed like molasses as you waited for Caleb's promised return. 

But Caleb was late.

Too late.

“It'll be thirty minutes tops, pips.” He had said. “I’ll be back before you know it.” He had said. Like a liar. He had said that thirty-three minutes ago and where was he? Nowhere to be seen. MIA. AWOL. Gone but not forgotten. 

You were about to leave your post and sulk elsewhere, perhaps check the news for reports of explosions, when your ears shot up, picking up sounds coming from outside. After what seemed like another eternity, the door opened. At long last! Caleb was home!

You were about to present your head for him to scritch when your nose wrinkled. Something was off. “Why do you smell like that, Caleb?” 

“Like what, pips?” He went to pet you, but you leaned backwards and successfully dodged his hand.

You sniffed the air again, and you felt your tail begin to puff up. “Like a dog!” The yellow dog hair still clinging on Caleb's pants was more than enough to confirm your suspicions. You growled and turned tail, taking shelter behind the couch cushion fort the two of you had made earlier.

“Pips, c'mon. I brought you the snacks you like.” Caleb made his way to a window and wiggled the bag around a little as if it would make it a more tempting offer. 

“No!” You hissed and batted the snack away. “You can't buy my love and forgiveness this time.” Glaring at him from the safety of the fort, you said, “Take a shower, stinky,” and let out a little hiss. You would mark him as yours with your scent again later.

Imagine the first time he's alerted to a cat being in the safe house, the MC just sniffing around, and he yells out playfully, "Stop right there, furry burglar! Let me see your paws! Don't make me use this!" And he waves around a finger gun. *

Cue the MC being overdramatic and acting along with it and he's just so mystified by a cat that follows orders without question. He will go to immediately bet the kitty and it's up to MC whether they wanna go and tell him right away, he is really good at head scritches, even if he's a heathen when it comes to cats.

It was becoming a state of normalcy. That was until this very afternoon at Purgatory Hall. There Simeon, Luke and Solomon were standing over her. The sorcerer was shaking his head with guilt spread across his face.

“I don’t understand,” he huffed.

“What do you mean you don’t understand,” Cora yowled as her furry tail waved back and forth.

“She can talk!” Luke gasped.

“Yes, she can, and scratch,” Solomon murmured as he rubbed the cat scratch on his jaw.

I hope this is the same anon that asked for this before. I started it but didn’t finish….here it is!

Saeyoung pressed his face and palms against the glass window.

“Can we go in MC? Please, I just want to look, just look, Ipromise.” He whined.

MC sighed, but damnit he was so cute.

“Ok, ok, just for half an hour, I want to get home.”

“Yay!” he grabbed her hand and dragged her into the petstore. The bell on the door rang as soon as they entered and an attendant askedif she could help them.

“I want to look at your cats!” Saeyoung exclaimed.

“Ok, which one?” she asked.

“All of them of course.” Saeyoung said as if it was even aquestion.

“Well, alright, follow me.” The attendant seemed a bitrattled by Saeyoung’s enthusiasm but took it in stride. She led them to a smallbooth, had them enter and let them know she would be right back. She re-enteredwith two cats, then two more, and lastly, three more she was awkwardly carryingin her arms.

Saeyoung was already on the floor, using the toys in thebooth to play with the cats. There were four kittens and three adults. He lovedthem all but they preferred MC. He would start to play with them but they wouldjust turn tail and rub against MC’s legs. She had one on her lap, one on eachside of her on the bench and four around her legs.

One of them began to lick her hair and pet her. MC petted themback and nuzzled with the one on her lap.

Saeyoung felt left out and pouted on the floor.

“Oh, sorry Saeyoung.” MC blushed and brushed the cats offand shooed them towards Saeyoung. they hesitated but she encouraged them, “Goahead, he’s lots of fun.” They turned as one and swarmed Saeyoung. They purredand nuzzled, jumped in his lap and head butted his hands to be pet.

Saeyoung stared at MC, “How did you do that?” he asked, ashe pet and played with the cats.

MC lowered her head, letting her hair curtain in front ofher face.

“Maybe, I’m…a…werecat…or something…” she said almost too lowfor Saeyoung to hear. He leaned towards her slowly, on his knees he spread herlegs apart and nestled between them. His arms went around her waist and he layhis head on her shoulder and inhaled her scent at her neck. He licked her andinhaled again.

“Uh, Saeyoung, what are you doing?”

He didn’t answer but buried his face in her hair and inhaledin that strange way again. His nostrils flared as he caught a certain scent hehadn’t detected before. He sat back on his heels stared at her quizzically fora second then stood up, grabbing her wrist and running out of the booth and thestore.

“Saeyoung, what…”

“We need to go home now.” Was all he would say. MC shook herhead and assumed he had, for whatever reason, become aroused.

He drove the car faster than he had ever done in the cityand they made it home in less than 10 minutes. It was a miracle they had notbeen stopped by the cops the way he was weaving in and out of traffic. MC justheld on for dear life. This was not helping her get in the mood.

Once inside the garage Saeyoung bolted out of the car andaround to her side. He opened the door for her and stepped away when she stoodup closing the door. His breathing was labored and his nostrils were flaring ina way she had never seen before, as if they were trying to smell everything in theroom. His mouth hung open and his eyes glittered, his shoulders rose and fellas his breathing intensified and became louder.

“Saeyoung? What’s going on? Is something wrong?” she reallycouldn’t tell why he was looking at her that way.

“Do it.” He said, his voice almost guttural, like an animal.

“Do what?” she was confused, her eyebrows furrowed.

“Change.”

Her eyes grew wide as she realized what he meant, had heheard her in the booth? But no that was crazy, even if he had, he would havejust laughed assuming she was joking.

“Ch…change?” she stammered, her mind buzzing incredulously.

“Change.” He said again, his arms at his sides, handsclenching and unclenching, looking like claws.

“Saeyoung…” she exhaled.

“Change!!” he growled.

She swallowed hard and did as he asked. She didn’t bother toundress in 10 seconds flat she had shrunk and sprouted brown fur the same coloras her hair, her face flattened out and whiskers grew and twitched excitedly. Herlong bushy tail swished as she shook herself out of her blouse. She sat andlooked up at Saeyoung who now towered over her. She mewled and purred at him.

He fell to his knees and rested his hand on her head,feeling the softness of her fur. She pressed herself against him and purredlouder.

“MC…you’re beautiful.” He whispered, tears in his eyes. His smilesuddenly dropped and he pulled away.

MC meowed in protest and tried to follow him. He put hishands up to stop her.

“Don’t! I’m sorry, but, there’s something I need to show youtoo. Please don’t be scared, I won’t hurt you! I promise!”

MC sat back down, tilted her feline head, waited, andwatched.

Saeyoung began to undress. He took everything off. MC wasnot sure where this was going but she didn’t move. Once naked he fell on allfours in front of her, he leaned in and kissed her head. “Remember,” hewhispered, “don’t be scared.” His eyes were intense and, were they glowing?

He arched his back and MC heard bone’s cracking as his spineelongated and his hands expanded. She hissed and backed up, her ears lying flaton her head. But she did not flee, even though she desperately wanted to.

Reddish brown fur began to spring from his entire body andhis jaw and nose pushed outwards from his face into a snout. Once he was donehe shook his entire body, relishing in the new form. He threw his head back andhowled. He was much bigger than his human form, with teeth that could bite MCin half and a mouth that could swallow her whole.

He looked down at her hunched on the floor, eyes wide andterrified. He lay down and scooted towards her slowly. Once he was closeenough, he reached out with his snout and licked her ear gently, whining deepin his throat.

MC meowed, Saeyoung howled lowly. They had a lot to discuss!

Hotarubi

Subaru

“Meow!” “Whoa! You scared me.”  He looks around. “A-Are you lost?”  In response, you rub your head against his hand. His anxious expression turns into a smile.  “If you don’t mind…would you like to join me for some tea?”  Subaru searches a few things up on his phone. "Apparently, you can’t have sweets or tea…” He pours water into a matching tea cup and elegantly places it in front of you. “I’m sorry, this is all I can give you. I'll have something prepared for your next visit. ” 

Haku

You find Haku laying down on the ground, taking a nap under the sun.  “Meow.”  He peeks with one eye.  “...Hm?”  He smiles sleepily.  “You're looking for a place to nap too?”  He lazily lifts an arm, inviting you in.  “C’mere.”  You curl up against him. “Heh. Good choice.” 

Zenji

Zenji’s playing out in the rain again.  “Meow.”  He turns and immediately beams. “Oh my! Have your little ears led you here, to my Biwa playing?” A sudden gasp. “Oh, but look at you. You’re soaked.”  Zenji springs to his feet. “Saburo! Protect the cat with your body while I’m gone. I shall have Haku bring an umbrella for you.” He starts drifting off into the distance. “Just wait, I’ll be back soon!”

Obscuary

Ed

The 400-year old vampire knows it’s you immediately.  “My. Hello there, Little Lady. You look quite lovely in cat-form as well.”  He gently scratches your ears.  “This won’t do. A lady shouldn’t sit on the floor.”  So he picks you up and puts you on his bed.  You'll be his company as he watches youtube videos for the rest of the day.

Rui

“Meow.”  “Whoa!” Rui jumps several feet back. “You gotta be careful. I almost disintegrated you.”  But his surprise quickly turns to curiosity. He studies you from a distance.  “You look mega cute. Like cutie cute!” He grimaces. “Ugh. I wish I could touch you.” Suddenly, his eyes light up. “Just a sec!”  Rui comes back with a back scratcher. He extends it as far as it will go, and scratches your chin.  He looks like he’s in heaven.  “OMG. You’re so cute~”

Lyca

Lyca walks around campus with a puzzled expression.  “I swear I can smell her…”  “Meow.”  Lyca whirls around, ears perked and claws ready.  He growls. Cats are his natural enemy. “What do you want–”  He pauses. Sniff. Sniff. “Why do you smell like…” His eyes widen. “D-Did you…eat her?!”

Yuri

(For some reason, I feel like he’d be allergic to cats. He just seems like the type) You hear a shriek.  You find Yuri looking at you in horror. A hand over his mouth.  “What is a creature like you doing here?!”  When you step closer, he jumps onto an operating table.  “S-Somebody! Get that thing out!”  …Later, he’s sneezing nonstop. 

Jiro

Jiro finds you in the lab. “I don’t know how you got in here, but you’ll comprise the lab’s sanitation. I’ll have to ask you to leave.”  He picks you up, carries you outside, and sets you down. You expect him to go straight back inside. Instead, he crouches down in front of you, quietly watching.  Suddenly… “Pfft.” You tilt your head. “No…It’s just. You look like a certain someone."

Dionysia

Elias

“Meow.”  He looks down at his feet. You’re curled around his legs.  “To what do I owe this pleasure?”  He gives exceptionally good head pats. You can’t help but purr.  He chuckles.  “You’re a lovely little thing. You remind me of a certain someone.”  After a while, he lifts you onto his desk.  Elias picks up a broom. So random.  “I’ll sweep up these paper sticks. I can’t have you choking on them.” He smiles. “Right…inspector?” 

Jo

“Meow.” You hop onto his desk.  “Hey, sweetheart. What are you doing here?”  He scratches your chin and strokes your back.  “Oh~Just a sec.”  He rummages through his closet before returning with some fabric.  A few minutes later, you’re dressed in ribbons.  He grins.  "I love making clothes for cuties like you. Next time you come, I'll have an outfit ready."

Mio

Mio’s working away…as usual.  You bite the hem of his jeans.  “Huh? What are you doing?”  You tug him to the nearest bench. “...You want me to sit?”  “Meow.”  “Hahaha. Fine.”  He relaxes into the seat.  You lay on his lap.  “Forcing me to rest, huh?” He smiles softly. “You’re just like her…” 

Shion

“Meow.”  He looks down and scowls. “What is this ugly creature?”  Despite his words, he crouches down to your level.  He holds out his hand.  “Paw.”  You don’t move.  “Paw…if you don’t want to get hurt.”  You immediately give him your paw.  He laughs.  “...You’re her, aren’t you?” How did he know???
