So in the translation I'm reading, Chapters 569 and 764 are both called "White Monster". Are they the same title in Japanese?

no, they’re different titles in japanese- 569 is 白い怪物/shiroi kaibutsu while 764 is ホワイトモンスター/howaito monsutaa- but they both mean the same thing, it’s just that one is the actual japanese words for ‘white monster’ while the other is the japanicized version of the same phrase in english.

But it’s also significant that Cora’s basically admitting that at first he maybe saw Law solely as his ticket to take down Doflamingo, and now he’s come to care for him as a person and just wants him to get better.

I’m sure I mentioned this back during Marineford but viewing Sengoku’s actions through the lens of knowing that he had been through a similar situation to what Garp and Ace were experiencing really does make you look at him differently.

And again, I’m guessing that ‘destruction of the world’ really means ‘dismantling the world government structure’ which, to be fair, is something that’s sorely needed.
