I can't believe that people in December 2024 are really trying to talk down to people who are anti-ai by claiming we

"don't really care about the environmental costs," (because apparently we're just *pretending* to care about the planet?)

while they also go around claiming that AI somehow *doesn't* use up any more electricity than any other thing on the internet...

and uh. You can tell these people really never do any kind of fact checking outside of probably asking chatgbt itself for info because they're clearly so desperate for people to accept ai generated content into their lives.
