Under 550 cals, 41g protein and completely delicious. With my lunch & dinner & exercise I’ll still be at net 1400cals for the day :)
Struggling a bit with my only friends into health and fitness being thin. It’s so different if you’re already thin and just trying to gain muscle and endurance vs being fat and having your whole body fight you every step of the way. They talk about it like it’s so easy, and don’t understand that they’re practically doing it on easy mode. I just want a group of friends who gets it, you know? Plus if I have to hear “omg I got this in fourth grade and it still fits” one more time I might actually snap.
I am finally back on my Welbutrin, so we’ll see how that goes - I’m really hoping it doesn’t impact my sleep again.
Good news is that I got two assignments in on time when I thought they were due next week instead of yesterday! Full time work and full time school is proving difficult, but hey, I’m doing it.
Applied to a job with the city, 16k more a year than what I’m making now with less responsibility and more job security in the same field. The pool closes on the 11th, and then I’ll probably hear two weeks after that! I think I have a solid chance :)
