📽 Back into testing some more @unit_programming this week. Opening with clean pull + clean for 5 rounds at 92.5kg. Felt super strong through the movement but definitely need to get through a whole lot more squat clean reps in order to start feeling a little more comfortable through the movement pattern 🙌 --- Then onto a super gassy metcon! 15 cal. assault bike 21-15-9 ground to overhead, 40kg 😥 --- This metcon got gassy super, super quickly! 💦😥 Definitely starting to feel a lot better pushing the pace on the assault bike but the ground to overhead.... were super, super tough! Finished up in just over 7 minutes, at 7:09. Pretty happy with the pace.
