Ryers and Byler fans, i'm here to share the vision:

Mike getting all stupid when jealous and picking a fight with his cousin Richie Tozier, Will getting on Richie's side because Mike is being unreasonable and Mike just going full season 3 again with that big mouth of his that apparently runs in his family.

(after the fight, Richie is with Max Dustin and Lucas trying to stop his nose from bleeding.)

Will: "i don't know what it's your problem with me teaching Richie how to play dnd? You are busy with El, Max doesn't want to play, Lucas is with Max. So Dustin was the only one who wanted to try the campain i talked about with Erica and Richie the other..."

Mike: "i don't like It!"

Will (rolling his eyes): "you can join us too..."

Mike: "i'm not third wheeling you and my cousin! He is probably going to spend all the campain flirting with you! It'll be disgusting!"

(silence, that kind of silence between two people when one of them fucked up too bad and the other one is fucking hurt badly by the last words said.)

Mike: "Will i..."

Will: "fuck you Mike."

Mike (in panic): "i didn't mean that you are disgusting i meant It as... I don't want to see my cousin flirting with you... I don't want my Trashmouth cousin flirting with my best friend while we try to play dnd!"

Will: "well... I don't want to see my sister with my best friend's tongue in her mouth every fucking day at any given moment, but i'm not calling you disgusting for kissing Jane... Aren't i?"

Mike: "it's not the same! El is my girlfriend!"

Will: "you are right, it's not the same me playing dnd with your cousin and you kissing my sister. But i'm not giving you drama over you swapping spit with her, unlike you calling Richie's jokes with me disgusting."

(another uncomfortable silence before Will turns around to go see how is Richie doing after the fight with Mike.)

after some thought i think hollanov needs to meet kagehina

in 2019 (this works out in canon!! although kagehina from here on out is like purely fanon) an international sports network is doing a story on famous rivals from different sports (so metros/voyageurs vs raiders/bears & msby vs adlers)

backstage i think shane and kageyama are the type to bond over not really knowing much about each others sport but respecting the grind, they ask each other for training and diet tips to see if there’s a way to apply techniques from one sport to another and improve their game (they’re awkward at first, but once they get on the topic of their respective sports…)

ilya and hinata start out also talking about sports as well (cause duh sports network) and they kind of get into the topic of how hard it was to manage immigrating to a new country and playing professional sports (brazil arc hinata…) but they also get off topic a lot and tell each other funny stories about shane and kageyama

as for the actual segment its interview style and its your standard questions like:

“when did you first meet your rival?” - “at the international prospect cup”, “a middle school volleyball match”

“what do you admire about your rival?” and that’s basically a consensus of how it’s great to have someone who challenges you to do better, and how everyone is putting in such hard work and discipline into their sport

i think where it mostly deviates is kagehina describing their time on karasuno together (which hollanov yearns for especially post 2017 all stars)

hollanov gets to talk about how they’re been maintaining a friendship this whole time, the irina foundation, and basically also just sell #thenarrative more

both of them are in the trenches of hiding a relationship, but by the time they split up after a post-interview dinner (which may have involved some alcohol) ilya and his gaydar are 99% sure kagehina is a thing

My Hat Spectrum AU says this is the doing of White Hat or even bigger one of the Three Top Hats (Olo, Rainbow, and Clear). Either way Antipops got to reform in the afterlife and hopefully not badgered by Black Hat.

I like to think that in another universe, Simon (Iron Lung) eventually encounters Keralis (MCYT). Like proper eldritch Keralis. In the blood ocean. There’s a technical kidnapping of the whole sub (& Simon) and they never get it back. Keralis basically goes “Can we keep him” to Xisuma, who only sees a breaking sub (with flashing radiation; while neither species is affected it’s still dangerous for others) and gets worried. They do keep both Simon and the sub, much to Simon’s unwillingness and fear and Xisuma’s lack of sleep. At least XB is there to help him learn how to be part fish cause that’s happening!

Extra Notes:

Robert being the Avatar pretty much exclusively comes from him needing to live up to the expectations

I imagine Robbie and Bobbie would be the previous two Avatars and the ones he has most contact with

Blazer is very nomadic, not swearing and trying to deescalate situations when possible

Royd is very grounded, perfect Earth Bender, and he specializes in Lava Bending cause it fits

Chase is fast, lightning is fast

Galen doesn’t really fit the bending styles much, plus he deserves to be just some guy as a treat

Flambae, Golem, and Waterboy are all self explanatory

Prism would make super intricate ice sculptures, enough said

Funnily enough, Visi reminds me a lot of Korra and I think Korra learning Air Bending fits Visi’s story arc pretty well

Coupé isn’t fitting of the nomad title, HOWEVER, she reminds me of Zahir and like, come on? You don’t think she’d do what he did to the Earth Queen?

Punch Up is very grounded, plus like the last two he reminds me of Toph

Malevola is Earth because she’s also very grounded and one of the most level headed of the Z-Team, it fits her better than Fire (though I could see her being an Avatar too)

It feels fitting that Sonar isn’t a Bender, I feel he’d benefit from being out of the spotlight, plus I don’t think any of the Bending styles fit him

Phen is very similar to Royd and Punch in terms of why he’s an Earth Bender plus I think his strength would translate really well

Chapter 2: Unexpected surprises

After a couple minutes of soothing baby Gage, the team heads over to Larry's garage. But when they arrive at the garage, they're greeted by a couple of all-black cars and some guys in suits.

Brandon: Wyatt, did you try to buy an RPG from the dark web, again!?😡

Wyatt: No, dude! I only bought some pirated Metallica CDs, I swear!

Brandon: What year is this, 2000? You are aware that Spotify exists, right?

Suddenly, one of the cars' doors opens and familiar face appears.

Rhett: Brandon, isn't that your dad?

Sure, enough, the face turns out to be Tony Stark, one of Brandon's adoptive fathers.

Brandon: What the hell is my dad doing here? Wait a minute... I KNEW THAT DUDE WITH THE CLOCK LOOKED FAMILIAR!

Brandon then gets out of the Quick N Sik and runs towards his father.

Brandon: Dad!

Tony: *turns around* Brandon! I've been waiting for you to come back.

Soon enough, both Wyatt and Rhett also come out of their cars, Wyatt grabbing baby Gage out of the carseat from Brandon's.

Tony: Sorry to come here so suddenly. SHIELD has just gotten word that Loki has come to Hot Wheels City. We don't know why, but it apparently he's been-

Brandon: Carrying around some bona-fide grandfather clock that can supposedly time-travel?

Tony, as well as several eavesdropping SHIELD staff, stand there in silence.

Brandon: Yeah, we just ran into him. Luckily for us, that clock doesn't actually work. It just turned Gage into a baby.

Brandon then points towards baby Gage, who's resting snuggly in Wyatt's arms. Wyatt's not even paying attention to the commotion going on around him. He's just rocking and soothing the little infant, all while singing a...very odd choice for a lullaby.

Wyatt: *softly* 🎶Sanitarium...leave me be...🎶

Rhett: Isn't that song about a guy in a mental institution?

Wyatt: People literally sing Enter Sandman to their babies all the time, and that song's about crib death.

Tony: Huh. Looks like Loki neglected to read the fine print.

Suddenly, Larry finally comes out of the garage to meet the boys.

Larry: Sorry, boys. I was just going to call you about all the suits coming here. Turns out that...what in the world happened to Gage!?

Brandon, Rhett, and Wyatt: Well...

Out of nowhere, baby Gage cried out again.

*WAAAAAAHHHH!*

Brandon: *sigh* This is gonna be a long day...😮‍💨

Tony: Tell me about it...😅
