don't @ me when I say this but as a long time Batman fan I so badly want a year where there isn't a story with Harley Quinn or Joker involved. Just not a peep from either.
when will DC writers figure out that the people want something original? like I low-key hate both of them atp and I used to be a big fan of them in different eras of my life.
yet they ruin some of the best stories by even being there or even being mentioned. so for the love of God, stop beating a dead horse until you can come up with something original!!

I don’t know how old Duke is supposed to be in Batman New 52, but he looks around 15 to 16 years old. So considering the fact that he was nominated for the Crowne Genius Grant at the possible age of 11 to 12 years old is so impressing.

what do they mean as if damian is a regular kid that needs protecting? jason shot him before damian ever wore a robin suit at 10 years old. by that anon's logic, jason wasn't a regular kid who needed protecting either since he had been a vigilante for 2 years minimum when the joker was beating him? is it infantilizing to jason when i say jason should have been protected? none of the robins count as "regular kids" when they are trained vigilantes that deal with villains everyday but they all deserved protection as kids. why is it that damian seems to be the exception to kids deserving protection?
NO FR and it’s not like you protect ppl because you feel like they can’t protect themselves, sometimes you just do it because you love them to a certain degree added to that that damian is a LITERAL child, every child deserves to feel protected because even if he is physically capable of defending himself, mentally he is more fragile therefore he needs protection from his own thoughts and reassurance , it’s crazy to me how ppl do dehumanise damian.
