Yay, an ask game! Hmm, three facts...

I've been getting into fountain pens lately. I got a very nice one for my recent birthday, and bought a few cheaper ones just to play with. Here's a few from my rapidly growing collection:

left to right: a TWSBI Eco with a medium nib, a Waterman Expert II with a medium nib (I got that for free from someone who was never going to use it), and an Esterbrook Estie Raven (the birthday gift).

2. I'm currently in grad school; if all goes to plan I'll have an MFA in screenwriting at the end.

3. I've worked as a trip leader at summer camps, taking kids out for backpacking, canoeing, and biking trips that were anywhere from 3 days long to 10 days. Best job I've ever had.

Bonus fact: I have a dog! I named her Ida Darling after a silent film actress, because even though she's a beagle she almost never makes any noise. 🐶

I love Mary Bonnet. I really want her to somehow be in the second season (i know she wont be but i can dream).

She and Stede are honestly a great (platonic) pairing. Once they aired their grievances with each other we got to see them team up and do The Most for Stedes “faked death fuckery”. I want them to have a great relationship going forward, but i also know that Stede is “dead” and Mary is moving on with the life she created for herself (love that for her).

Just. Mary as a reluctant sailor who gets up to shenanigans with her ex husband whenever they meet up on the high seas.

Did i have a point? I dont remember.
