Each one would work to keep his identity, although some are more practical than others. The first one is what Gotham's elite expects, but that's because they look down on him. It also might draw too much attention.

The second goes off of the old gag he laughs when he takes down villains. It's Sunshine Child dialed up to 110%. Very popular with the Gotham elite, and less obvious than the first one.

The third is probably the most practical, but may be uncomfortable. No one thinks the boy wonder is going to burst into tears at small things, so it's a fantastic cover. It also goes well with Bruce's "spoiled rich kid" persona, but Dick would get so tired of it so fast.
