At first,he probably expects you to still care for him while pregnant. I don't think he has much understanding of how pregnancy works or how tiring it is on a person,he lived in the walls most of his life.
That is,until one day he sees you throwing up in the bathroom and crying and he panics so bad. Are you dying?!
You have to explain to him how challenging pregnancy actually is on the body. He's kinda shocked. The fuck you mean you're going to be sick,in pain,with cravings and at high risk of something bad happening everyday for nine months? And while also dealing with dysphoria?! That sounds awful! And you can't even take care of him like this!
He doesn't really like the thought of it. But if you even suggest abortion? He's shaking his head so hard he nearly falls and clinging to you. That's your and his baby,why would you want to kill them?!
He doesn't want to,but he starts learn how to cook and clean. You clearly stated that you might not be able to later on,and he guesses he can give you some slack since you're carrying a baby inside you. Don't get me wrong,he still hates it and complains about it,but he sucks it up.
He will also try to help with dysphoria as much as he can. He doesn't necessarily know how,but he'll do his best. What? You don't feel like a man anymore? What are you talking about?! You're literally carrying a baby in you all the time and still somewhat functioning,if that isn't manly,then he doesn't know what is. Plus,it's basically like you're constantly lifting,right? Because the baby weights and all that.
He's trying.
Also he will judge you so hard for your cravings. Excuse you,you want what?! Why do you want pickles and honey at 3 a.m.?! He will still get up to see if there's what you want in the pantry,but he will whine and bitch about it so much. And if you don't already have what you want then you're gonna have to wait until Malcom comes back and tell him what to add to the list of groceries. He is not going out to the store and he definitely isn't letting you go out alone.
I headcanon Brahms as someone that doesn't like junk or frozen food,he's more used and prefers facier foods. He will look away and judge you silently if you make Malcom buy you something like that,but won't say anything about it.
You both are now extremely emotional,you because of pregnancy and mood swings,and him because he's just like that. Fights are bound to happen. But if you start crying or feel bad after,he will apologize and cuddle with you to make up for it.
He's a bit clueless and a bit immature,but he's really trying his best for you.

This man is so happy but also so anxious.
The thought of starting his own little family with you brings him infite joy,but what if he messes up? What if he hurts you? What if the baby is scared of him? He's so scared that something might go wrong. Please just reassure him.
He's the best at taking care of you. He always was,but now? He's even more attentive and kind. He would (and definitely could and wants to) carry you around all the time,especially if your feet hurt during pregnancy. That is,if you want him to. He's extremely respectful,always,and will make sure you're comfortable with whatever he wants to do before doing it. Especially since he knows you're very sensitive and dysphoric right now,he would hate to be the cause of your distress.
He'll do his best to give you whatever you crave. But if it's not something he can get in the forest or stole from one of the campers,he can't really do much about it. He tries to make it up to you,maybe with a massage or some cuddles. He feels so bad when he can't give you everything you want. You're literally carrying his child for him,this is less than the bare minimum he could do for you right now.
If you're feeling very dysphoric,he learned everything that helps you with it. He knows you very well,and had memorizied the various things that helped with your dysphoria long before now. So whatever you need,he already got it for you. Some specific clothes that help you feel more like a man? He's passing them to you already. A comfort show or film? He had stolen an old portable tv from a camper a while ago,and now you two watch it togheter everytime you want. Going out for a walk to take your mind off of it helps? He stays by your side the whole time,and carries you if you're tired or sore.
He's also making the cabin baby-proof and building the crib and everything else you need himself. He's pretty handsy,so it's not a problem for him.
I can totally see you two choosing a name with a simple sign language equivalent so that he can easily 'say' it.
He goes from caring to even more caring,it's honestly adorable

Personally I think Thomas is somewhat more normal about your pregnancy. He grew up with his family and knows about pregnancy and all that,and has wanted to have a family with you. I think he would love to have a family of his own one day,even though he's scared his children might come out disfigured like him,and he doesn't want them to be like that,he knows how horrible the world is to people who are different. But he will love them regardless,that's for sure.
He will be very,very gentle and caring during your pregnancy,and also get a lot more protective. He tries not to suffocate you thought,he knows it's a very difficult journey for you and he doesn't want to worsen it.
He will get a lot angrier if Hoyt or anyone else for that matter misgenders you. Hoyt in particular often did it before,and usually Thomas would just glare at him,but now that you're in a such uncomfortable and fragile position? Yeah no,he's defending you,he doesn't care if it means going against Hoyt.
He tries to help with dysphoria as much as he can. I can see him,both before the pregnancy and now,gifting you masks made out of men's faces to help you feel more like a man yourself. He will stop if you ask him to,but if you wear them? He'll be ecstatic. Of course,he prefers to see your face as he considers it the most beatiful in the world,but if it helps you feel better,he will support you.
He's also absolutely willing to give you massages if you're hurting,or carry you if you two are walking and you're tired or if you simply don't want to walk downstairs.
He does his best to satisfy your cravings. His family's usual menu consists mostly of meat from we knoww where,but if you want something specific,he'll ask Luda Mae if she can please make it. Or if it's a random night craving,he'll try and cook it for you. He isn't the best,but it's the effort that counts!
Will defend you no matter what. Even if you're fighting a member of his family (usually Hoyt). You're his family as much as they are,and you're in a weak position right now. Hell,you're carrying his child,of course he's on your side no matter what.
Really just a sweetheart about it. He still can't believe a monster like him was able to get someone as beautiful and strong and amazing as you.
