Me! Went for a walk after brunch downtown and then I only wore a sports bra and shorts to run in! Was SUpEr self conscious but did it anyway!!

Run from today! Felt gross and kind of icky but it’s the last day of my period so hopefully runs aren’t as tiring. But I got it done!

Did an early morning little run and then this afternoon went for a long walk with my pregnant friend who is due any minute since her doctor told her walking around can help! Liking doing this early AM runs and feeling accomplished.
