I found a scythe! After 40+ years of storage, it still works great. (Please note it is antique American style scythe that does not require peening or frequent sharpening during use). It only took me a few minutes to lay waste to a big patch of mallows on my first attempt. Still working on technique, but it seems much safer and faster than a weed whacker (definitely a lot quieter).
Upper body Workout
This one was really good 😍 also I can finally see my tiny Biceps and Triceps growing!
Easy Pullups 30kg off, 15 normal ones, 15 Chinups, 15 neutral grip
Easy Triceps Dips 35kg off 15 reps 3 sets
Pulley 15kg 15reps 3sets
Chest Incline 7,5kg 15reps 2sets, 5kg 15r
Pectoral 10kg 15reps 3sets
Biceps Curls 6kg 15reps 3sets
Lat machine 30kg 15 reps, 25kg 15r 2sets
Next time I'll go to 25kg on the easy Pullup, not sure if I can do it all 3 sets but at least one should be doable. The switching up with 3 grips really helped me 😊 The Triceps dips might could have been done with 30kg, maybe next time. I used the pectoral for the first time and it felt great. Definitely take that one into my routine! Furthermore I upped my weights on the biceps curls by 1kg and at the lat machine for one set by 5kg 💪
As a side note my gym put up a Christmas tree and some other decorations and it is so cute! I really need to take some pictures
