Hal and Barry are the type to date without knowing they're dating.

They're suddenly living together, Barry waits for him when Hal is away for a mission.

Hal pass him food during justice league meeting bc he knows Barry needs to eat a lot. Barry let him rest against his shoulder or play with his hands.
