🦋 Transformation 💪🏻 Tara Nadeau —— Mom of 3 kids, nurse, and youngest will be a year in December.
Tara, had always worked out, (beach-body programs, 80 day obsession, Hammer & Chisel), however, a small investment, of a cable machine, and barbell with weights, (as the gym is a 45 mins drive), made all the difference, in her transformation, including individualized workout, and adjustments in her nutrition. She trained 5 days, per week, about 1 hour, in-between, naps, breastfeeding, and studying. She split her workouts, or moved parts of her workouts to other days. She did her best, in the situation she was in, even if 1-2 sets was all she could manage that day. She still was able to enjoy treats, and have her social meals, among friends and family.
