Dinner tonight featured leftovers! And stuffed mushrooms!! Burger, chicken, stuffed mushrooms, rutabaga fries, and a spinach salad with tomato, red onion, avocado, feta cheese, sunflower seeds and bacon bits. And of course, a side of ranch with Sriracha for the fries. Breakfast: 204 calories Lunch: 353 calories Dinner: 859 calories Snack: 80 calories Total: 1,496 Thanks to working out today I still have close to 1,000 left over but I've maxed out my carbs so I think I'll just let it ride. I'm happy to report that this morning's great mood continued on for the rest of the day! I was surprisingly steadily productive all day which thankfully made the day zip right on by. And whattayaknow, tomorrow's finally Friday and my last work day before a week off for vacation!! Happy happy happy :)
