Raf: They wouldn't pick any of us! They'd try to find a way to save us all!

Miko: Wheeljack and Bulkhead would probably pick me, Wheeljack would choose the fastest out of everyone tbh

Miko: then Arcee and Optimus would pick Jack

Miko: and Jack is the chosen one. The favorite. Reminds Optimus of his past as Orion Pax and because of that familiarity, he was trusted with the key to Vector Sigma, and by default the location too. He probably got given some religious position without realizing it.
