1/7-(4 miles & core) This morning I did not want to get out of bed at all. I stayed up too late and the rain didn’t sound appealing. I got up though and ate some chocolate, blueberry oats.
We got to the gym in the late morning. I ran a mile warmup, 2 miles of intervals and then walked a little and did another recovery mile. I felt okay just weak and my legs were heavy. Some knee and shin soreness. Overall I felt okay and I was able to run the last half mile on a 5 incline. Just some tingling etc. not exactly sure what I’m going to do about that besides try new shoes. Anyway then I walked a little and headed over the do core, because I was too tired to do arms😂
I had salad and then the lefftovet mashed sweet potatoes for lunch. The salad was really good with chickpeas and tomatoes! After that I got some stuff together and then went downtown to the hawks game with my friends. It was a really long day but it was a lot of fun. We had burgers and fries for dinner and it was good and worth it. Clearly not healthy but sometimes you just gotta do it. I didn’t get home until midnight ish and I was extremely tired. That’s all! Winter break is winding down and I’m not ready for school ahhh.
