💕 There are men who enjoy investing in you.
💕 There are men who enjoy providing for you.
💕 There are men who enjoy maintaining you.
Don't listen to the ones who can't or won't treat you the way you want to be treated.
BECOMING THE WOMAN YOU WANT
Imagine the woman you want to become. Envision her embracing a lifestyle woven with healthy habits that radiate positivity and well-being. Picture her waking up early, greeting the day with gratitude, and setting intentions that shape her mindset for success.
In her daily routine, she prioritizes self-care—nourishing her body with wholesome meals, staying hydrated, and indulging in regular exercise that she genuinely enjoys. Whether it's a morning yoga session, an evening run, or a dance class, physical activity is not a chore but a celebration of what her body can achieve.
This woman values the power of mindfulness. Picture her taking moments throughout the day to breathe deeply, practice meditation, or simply appreciate the present. It's in these mindful pauses that she finds clarity, resilience, and a profound connection with herself.
As she moves through her day, healthy habits extend into her work life. This woman is organized and efficient, using time management techniques to tackle tasks without feeling overwhelmed. Regular breaks and moments of reflection help her maintain focus and creativity.
Evenings are a sanctuary for winding down. She cherishes a good night's sleep, prioritizing rest as a cornerstone of her well-being. Unplugging from screens, engaging in calming activities, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule contribute to the rejuvenation her body and mind need.
Remember, becoming her doesn't happen overnight. It's a gradual process, a collection of intentional choices and persistent efforts. Start incorporating these healthy habits, step by step, and watch as you evolve into the empowered, balanced woman you aspire to be. 🌿💪🌺🌟
I’m actually grateful that I gained weight even though I am currently trying to lose it.
I’m grateful I’m not skinny anymore, because I used to think being skinny was the best thing about me.
I used to check every day to see if I still had a thigh gap and I would cheer myself up on bad days by reminding myself that I was skinny.
I had to lose what I thought was the best thing about me in order to learn that I am so much more than that.
The process of losing weight is not fun, but I get to develop a healthy relationship with food which is something I’ve never had before.
If I had stayed skinny, I would have continued to have fainting spells from chronic undereating.
If I had stayed skinny, I would still be eating a couple handfuls of spinach with apple slices after running three miles.
I had to lose the thing I valued most to see that there is so much more to life than that.

Know what sells for you
This post will be directly under my sub category of Quit being basic, be iconic.
I don't know how to start but if there's one skill that you need to thoroughly master in this economy then it is "Sales".
Surprise. Surprise. How many of you just scrunched your nose? Thought to yourself- Me? Sales? Like literally that's such a bothersome task and who respects it anyway???
As a fellow member of your tribe in the past I used to think the same it's too tedious, too competitive, too bothering and what not.
Cut forward to me now I realise how much I have changed as a person since I have acquired this skill I am nowhere the best in it if anything I am still at beginner level between 3-5 idk yet the change and result is massive.
Now I am not telling you to go and take a sales job (even though one of my directors from a previous company literally said to me every person should do a sales job once in their life).
We can make an exception for you but don't learn sales for others learn it for yourself. To market yourself.
Do you know the things Sales people are unbeatable at?
1. Communication
2. Negotiation
3. Networking and follow up
Combine this with a strong self awareness and you get a person who knows how to crack the best nut.
Even if the person doesn't end in profits they are surely not increasing loss.
Now for you girlies time and again I say :
Know what works for you but more than that know what sells for you.
What's the value you bring to the table?
What is it that they can't get from the other person?
Strong conceptual clarity?
Numbers that deliver?
Problem solving skills?
Great work ethic?
Team player?
What is it that makes you who you are?
If you don't know find out. If you don't have cultivate.
Have a sales mindset. Don't wait for the prey, lure him to you. Hunt him down.
Predator mindset.
Remember what I say: Kill or get killed.
