New schedule means later breakfast for me. Woke up at 1030 and spent two hours cooking meals for today and tomorrow. Made low carb bagels and I've decided that they are my favorite thing in the whole world right now! I split the bagel in half and put a scramble of eggs, sausage, bacon, salsa, and cheese on top with strawberries and raspberries on the side. I also made a sugar free Carmel iced coffe. I used secret squirrel cold brew concentrate mixed with water and stirred in some truvia to sweeten it up. I added almond milk, lots of vanilla extract, a dash of cream, and sugar free Carmel syrup on top since I was out of extract. It was delicious! The syrup is a personal choice item because of the Splenda.
