one of my all time favorite comics has been abruptly ended, confirmed by the creator on a post. avengers academy has meant so much to me, i’ve seen myself a lot in Aaron Fischer. a queer, polyamorous, homeless, captain america who fights against bigots and thrives to make a world a better place despite his trauma. i’m happy to see myself in him, his character has brought me so much joy and his romance with both Qaari Beck and Justin Jin spoke so deeply to me as a polyamorous person. disney and marvel catering to the conservative ran america makes me sad and disappointed as a marvel fan. marvel comics always have been made to fight against bigots, racism, homophobia and so many other issues. marvel comics is supposed to be the place where everyone matters. marvel, disney, do better. don’t fold for the conservatives running america. follow by the true meaning of marvel and disney, where everyone is loved and included, where everyone has a spot in the world.
