10 miles to the park on a very humid evening. Took it slow and easy, feeling sluggish after a busy workday. Will be running with the Saturday group in the morning, haven't run with them since winter, another sign of progress from the pandemic. Things are moving ahead.

My life wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies. But here I am, achieving my goals and raising 3 amazing kids. Now to write the next chapter of my life... stay tuned☺️☺️
When it becomes time for us to move on, something within us may become triggered because those things which we are moving on from may be the only situations, place, and people that we have ever known. Rest assured, though, as what we are moving toward is better than any of those things ever could have been.

Frustration and tiredness are two feelings that can set in on a long and arduous journey, but the progress can be hidden until we stop and look at how far we’ve come. It is then we realize that we have gained skills that will help us on the remainder of our journey.
