so what I'm proposing is a short-term residence visa system that just releases americans into cities with issues with pickpockets

too many of us or too long of us roaming free and we'd wreck the ecosystem, but with a targeted application of "PLEASE give me an excuse" american spirit, I feel like we could REALLY see some mutual benefits

I know some people feel like Bucky would be lost with today's technology (which hey, thats your truth babes and thats how your bucky is for you. As it should be) but I feel like he would pick up on it asap cause our boy is a nerd.

Like look at how fascinated he gets in all the movies at the technology and mechanics of stuff.

You can't tell me that his fascination and just his overall brilliance doesn't make him a curious man. He is more then a fighter.

This man here never would have been a killer if he didnt go to war. I just don't see it in him.
