Went to the store today to see about some possible clothes that are more my size as most of my clothes now bag off me. I haven’t went shopping for clothes since before my weight loss. I had no idea where to even start. And women’s clothing varies so much anyway.

I’m very happy to say that I fit into a size 11/12. They are pretty snug but I bought them knowing I still have more to lose and won’t be so snug soon. At the start of my journey I was wearing 16s, but honestly belonged in a 18 as they were very tight and I had to hairband trick them to button. The top is also size medium.

I can’t ever remember buying sizes this small for myself. 😄😄😊😊

This is proof that even if you aren't losing weight your body is still changing. That's what I have to keep reminding myself! The first picture was the one I posted on Aug 7th when I could first see a big change since I started. Which my start date of this journey was July 13th. Now today is Aug 25th and I have been stuck now losing lbs for days but look at the difference in my face. This is just the pick me up I needed! I'm getting closer to a 10 minute mile! When I first started, it took me over 20 minutes to finish a mile. Now I challenge myself by doing sprints up to 10mph. I'm definitely seeing some results!
