Constipation is a delay or difficulty in passing less frequent, less abundant, and harder than normal bowel movements: less than 3 bowel movements per week. Most often, constipation is transient. When it lasts 6 months or more we speak of chronic constipation. What are the causes? They are various, but the most frequent are perhaps the emotions, food, and rhythm of life, which can play on our intestine and make it more or less lazy. Stress, anxiety, certain diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, lack of activity and Diet, no need to draw, is of course very linked to constipation. You could make them paleo if you used swapped the beans for eggs/chicken or another protein. As much as I love a cooking, I also like EASY, especially since I spend so much time in the kitchen. What is your favorite quesadilla filling? • • Deets: 2 almond tortillas heated up on medium high in a pan sprayed with avocado oil, (I heated the spinach in the same pan while the tortillas were cooking). Mash some black beans onto one side of the tortilla and add a sprinkle of cumin, then top the beans with vegan Gouda (or any cheese or your choice). Once the cheese starts melting add some of the wilted spinach and some mashed avocado and fold over. Cook for another 30 seconds or so. Mango Chipotle sauce: 1/2 ripe mango blended with 1-2 tablespoons chipotle sauce (or any hot sauce if your choice). • • • . . .
