When do I remain silent

When do I laugh

When do I respond

Am I doing it right?

Am I blending in?

Do I belong as a chameleon might?

Do they see the difference?

Do they see where my edges don't quite fit?

Do they see the truth I am hiding?

Do they see that I don't truly belong?

Do they see how hard I am trying?

Do they see the fear driving my heart?

Can they tell how badly I wish to belong?

Can they tell how much I want to be a part of them?

Can they see it?

Can they see me?

idk why but for the last two days I've been getting really scared at nighttime when it's dark and I'm by myself like rn i know what im hearing is just the wind it doesn't even sound scary but im fucking terrified. was washing my hands earlier and got scared of my own reflection. can't look at the shadows on the wall or I'll lose it.
