I love ARGs
I love the unique and immersive story telling
I love the collaboration aspects, the participation from the audience, the back and forth nature of the story crafting
I love the time and effort put in to create them
I love how it blurs the line between fiction and reality
And for all those reasons I cannot ever participate in an ARG directly
My mental health and psychosis cannot deal with the unreality and immersive storytelling
So I'm really grateful for channels that break down ARGs and give you summaries of the stories all while explicitly stating that it's fiction
Because then I can enjoy the story too!
It's a shame I can't actually participate in ARGs and unreality stories directly but it's nice to not be completely cut off from the stories
today in therapy i learned that i’m incredibly stupid and bad at intimacy
