Weird take but I have huge grudge towards the background actors in the diner scene in 15x08, not throughout the entire scene but just at the end when Michael smites Lilith, when it pans around to the rest of the diner none of them look afraid enough, they all just look mildly shocked (except that one girl on the table behind Micheal when he leans over the booth, that girl look traumatized and I appreciate it) and it just takes me out of his whole 'Archangel power thing that Jabel had going on.

Look, since I'm going crazy on Twitter, I just wanna be a clown one last time here too. I agree with a lot of your theories and I also think that it would be so strange and extremely OOC if they would not at least try to bring back Castiel for one last ride. BUT I want to focus on pictures and interviews now.

And let’s not forget about here:

All I see is a man who says “no please don’t do this cas, you are to important and I can’t give you what you want what you deserve”

Let’s just remember for a second that this was Cas’s revelation, not Dean’s. Even if Dean loves him back it is not his revelation of happiness that’s happing right here!

Dean still sees himself as broken an damaged. Like he can’t give cas what he deserved. He doesn’t want cas to confess or to love him because he does not feel capable of giving cas everything he thinks he deserves.

This scene was not about Dean getting over his repressed feelings and shame and all that stuff, it was about Cas realising what his true happiness is and finally, after eternity, getting to love in it. He didn’t need Dean to respond here, that wasn’t why he sait it, he needed to love his own happiness.

And also, to add, this right here:

Take away deans pining over the years, his best friend just confessed his feelings for him and then dies and it dawns upon him what his own feelings are.

Dean has just had his whole life thrown upside down and was preparing himself to die. Honesty, would anyone launch right to explaining their own feelings in a situation like this? I completely believe we will see Dean explain his feelings about all of this, but this scene wasn’t about that, it was about Cas

Dean slept with "doublemint(?) twins" in s03, which I always took to mean literal siblings; he asks where "the triplets and latex" are in heaven; he and Crowley apparently did things to triplets. Dean doesn't just have an incest kink, he's been involved in it 👀💖

I’m about to go off right now, but I don’t even care anymore....

I’m getting sick and tired of everyone commenting on how Cas is canonly back in heaven and rescued from the Empty. Because, like, I’m sorry, but one throw away line from Bobby isn’t enough for me.

Cas helped? No, I’m sorry. That’s probably the vaguest piece of bullshit I have ever heard. Everyone can have different interpretations of scenes in shows, especially when they’re vague as fuck and clouded in confusion like this. For all we fucking know, Cas helped change heaven metaphorically, based on how he raised Jack, or inspired the remaining angels with his actions. There is nothing in that line that specifically says that Jack saved him from the Empty and they both physically changed Heaven for the better. They didn’t bring Misha back, or hell, even a fucking body double shot from like his ankle or whatever bare minimum bullshit they could’ve done if they really want to blame Covid for Cas not being physically in the episode.

So can we stop harping on any posts complaining about Cas still being in the Empty? Because in my opinion, they’re fucking valid.

Like I said, interpretation is different for everyone, and if you genuinely believe he is back, then fine, good for you, but don’t act like its concrete canon because that’s bullshit. If the writers have to confirm outside of the episode on twitter or the wikipedia, then it’s just plain bad writing and a last minute ass pull to try and appease Castiel fans.
