Таки распробовала зелёный чай. Оказывается, для заваривания надо было просто использовать воду более низкой температуры. Мне тут наш умный чайник предложил 60 градусов. Я согласилась и больше с ним не спорю. Горечь ушла.

Забавно, что до этого я кайфовала с колд брю, но для горячего заваривания чуть-чуть снизить температуру не догадалась ))

Sitting in my bay window with my new journal and Kumari Gold by Nepal Tea while it snows outside. This is a gold tea with gold-tipped leaves and a beautiful infusion that it smooth, buttery, and heartwarming. This is one of the best teas to sit with while you journal or meditate.

Schools been getting harder and harder recently, but I've been really putting in time for myself like this so that I can survive the insanity that this year has brought us. I hope you all are finding similar ways to bring self-care into your lives!

My mom recommended this book to me after I recommended The Life List to her.

Spielman sure knows how to tell a tale.

My mom liked being able to recognize the setting in New Orleans, I have never been to New Orleans but I enjoyed recognizing places in Chicago (like the Purple Pig).

Spielman was able to intertwine romance into this novel without taking away from the overall story and without turning it into a typical romance novel which I really appreciated. Though this story would be categorized as Women's Fiction, I think it could really be enjoyed by anyone that enjoys fiction.
