Daemons of the Shadow Realm Episode 9 Review - Let's Learn About The World

Why do these episodes go by so fast? One moment, Yuru is exploring a city and then the Kagemoris get screen time and then a fight is about to start and that’s where it all ends. It’s surprising because these episodes move rather slowly yet they end so quick.

Honestly, the part where Dera teaches Yuru about the world is adorable as heck. It’s so cute seeing him, Left and Right be so fascinated with the modern world. The way they all react differently is cute too! Yuru is just gaping his mouth everywhere; Left is bug-eyed; Right is just excited. It really shows off their personalities! I do like that Dera shows him the good and the bad stuff like him wasting money on horse racing and also showing off a department store.

Other than that, the Yuru-Dera portion of the story ends with a buildup towards another fight between daemons. I have to say, Tenaga and Ashinaga are the creepiest looking daemons by far. Yeesh, I got grossed out when I saw them on-screen. Props to Arakawa for knowing how to make really gross looking daemons. I just hope I don’t see them in my dreams any time soon…

For Asa and the Kagemori side, they’re mostly interrogating two of the assassins, Makoto Tachikawa and Keiichi Hamura. They make an interesting remark in that they came into the Kagemori manor through the west gate’s door; the thing is that the manor doesn’t have a door in the west gate. So this means that there’s definitely someone in the manor who is a traitor. While my usual suspicions point towards Asuma, I just can’t help but think that Akio might be a bit suspicious given what one of my commenters said about him and the fact that he killed Akishima, the bearded guy in camo. Given Akio’s usually expressionless face, he could’ve done that on purpose and is lying that he did it on accident. But Akio was with Haruo and the others at the parking lot when those assassins infiltrated… I guess that means Asuma is still the prime suspect as we don’t know what his daemons do…heck, we don’t even know what Akio’s daemons do…

Two new characters are introduced. Natsuki and Fuyuki Kuroya are seemingly related to Haruo and Akio but they don’t look related—though, Natsuki and Fuyuki do; or it could just be a case where they all coincidentally share a last name. Anyways, these two are Gonzo’s bodyguards. I think that Fuyuki’s daemons Blacklist, consisting of Whisper and Embrace, are probably the most terrifying daemons ability-wise. They have the ability to know a daemon user’s entire history just from analyzing their daemons. The way he doxxed Makoto was honestly scary. It’s definitely a reason why one should not mess with the Kagemoris.

Anyways, it’s nice that both Makoto and Keiichi are now working for the Kagemoris despite their actions from before. While it may seem as if Gonzo is benevolent, he’s terrifying but kind. He gives them a second chance but passes it off as working them as horses. Also, it’s good to have them around just in case they need more clues about the mastermind.

Keiichi is voiced by Hayata Okawa who voiced several characters in Eiyuden Chronicle like Fugue, Crash, Fai and Riyu. Makoto is voiced by Reina Kondo who voiced Kono in Horimiya and Payo in Edens Zero. Fuyuki is voiced by Hayato Fujii who mostly voiced minor characters in various anime. Natsuki is voiced by Yu Shimamura who voiced Kanon in Digimon Beatbreak, Zelda in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, and Cure Flora in Go! Princess Precure.

For the daemons, I did mention that Ayumu Murase voiced Aka and Midori, the fox and tanuki pair; he also voiced Whisper. While he may voice a lot of the daemons in this anime, he didn’t voice Tenaga and Ashinaga. Tenaga is voiced by Ako Mayama who voiced Cologne in Ranma 1/2 reboot and Elizabeth in The Way of the Househusband. Ashinaga is voiced by Shigeru Chiba who voiced Buggy the Clown in One Piece and Jigoro in Demon Slayer.

Anyways, I apologize for getting this review out so late. Hopefully, Episode 10 review should be out tomorrow. Also, I have an important question: which one is Joe and which one is Kirk? Let me know your thoughts on the episode!

The lay-up of the "Tenaga" ships was not an isolated event but rather a direct consequence of a broad and deep crisis in the global shipping industry during that period. The 1979 energy crisis, triggered by the Iranian Revolution, led to a sharp increase in oil prices. Even though the global oil supply only decreased by about 4%, panic among buyers caused crude oil prices to more than double over 12 months. U.S. Federal Reserve raised the federal funds rate to unprecedented levels, peaking at around 20% in June 1981. This policy was highly effective at curbing inflation but had severe side effects. Companies cut production, and millions of jobs were lost, causing unemployment to rise to its highest levels since the Great Depression. The U.S. experienced a "double-dip" recession, with a short downturn in 1980 followed by a deeper, longer recession from 1981 to 1982. Because the U.S. economy is so central to global trade and finance, its recession quickly spread worldwide. Other countries also raised their interest rates to combat inflation and to prevent their currencies from depreciating against the U.S. dollar. The high U.S. interest rates also made it more expensive for developing countries to service their debt, much of which was in U.S. dollars, contributing to a global debt crisis. The combined effect of these factors resulted in a deep and synchronized global recession.

Bukankah patah yang sebenarnya akan membuat orang semakin kuat. Awalnya memang dipenuhi dengan renungan hampa, tapi lambat laun semuanya akan berubah menjadi kekuatan untuk melangkah lagi. Patah tidak seburuk yang kamu pikirkan, tak sekeji dengan yang kamu bayangkan. Patah ada bukan untuk dibantah, patah ada untuk membuat diri yang lemah menjadi megah.

Patah bukan berarti kalah. Patah hanya sekedar pertanda lelah. Lelah karena sudah berusaha sekuat tenaga, pertanda bahwa manusia itu adalah makhluk yang lemah.

Aku tahu saat ini kita belum sehati, kau anggap aku tak pantas untuk menemani walau bagiku kamu sangatlah berarti. Yang terpenting bukankah perihal kenyamanan? Menguji Kesabaran

Aku ingin bercerita sedikit tentang sebuah pelayanan yang mengecewakan. Memang selalu ada waktu, tenaga dan biaya untuk sesuatu hal yang diperjuangkan. Anggap saja untuk keperluan makan saja, harus pergi kepasar ada sekitar 15menit untuk bisa sampai kepasar, dan tenaga juga untuk pergi kepasar dan memasaknya serta ada biaya pula untuk mendapatkannya. Semua hal ternyata membutuhkan hal itu,

Waktu, tenaga dan biaya.

Belakangan ini saya sedang sibuk mengurus administrasi supaya lekas mendaftarkan diri untuk sidang. Ada banyak kekurangan yang saya rasakan pada pelayanan kampus yang saat ini saya tempatin. Mungkin kalo biaya masih bisa dicari, tapi dengan sistem administrasi yang bertubi-tubi nan bertele-tele yang mana banyak sekali makan waktu dan tenaga hingga sampai 3kali berturut-turut mengurus beginian, tapi ngga selesai-selesai juga.

Masih ada aja yang kurang dan menunggu.

Menunggu tjoey, butuh waktu. Butuh tenaga untuk menunggu, serta membuang-buang waktu.

Disatu sisi ini memang kesalahan saya mengurus administrasi hampir deadline. Sekitar 5hari sebelum deadline, dan saya mengurus administrasi ini H-5 hingga sampai pada H-1 masih disuruh menunggu.

Jelaskecewa. Karena ada tenaga untuk bisa sampai kekampus. Dan biaya untuk bisa sampai kekampus. Dan pasti nya waktu terbuang gitu aja, yang padahal jika di perhitungkan, bisa langsung didapat disatu hari yang sama.

Saya baru mengetahui betapa ribetnya kampus akuh itu:(

Karena saya Bekerja dan kuliah, jadinya mengurusnya setelah pulang kerja. Setelah abis maghrib dan pelayanan tutup sampa jam 8, serta hari sabtu yang bisa seharian penuh. Tapi untuk beberapa orang yang berkepentingan, dihari sabtu ini mereka libur. Alhasil harus balik lagi di hari senin nya.

Wasting time khan?????

Ini mungkin suka-duka kuliah sambil bekerja, kali ya.

Tapi mereka yang mengurus di jam kerja pun butuh pula seharian full untuk bisa ketitik daftar sidang.

Coba bayangkan.
