Anyway, I wanted to say that but not without anything, and tomorrow I will post something... So have the Tiny Timmy of my last post(? But complete and alone this time.
Honestly my favorite headcanon for good dad Bruce and tiny Tim is that Bruce and Tim like genuinely cared for each other for a longtime before he was adopted like even before dick was adopted like maybe he saw baby Tim and was fascinated by this baby who stares straight through his soul or maybe toddler Tim just decided he needed to be friends with this man like that’s his future best friend and like Bruce babysits him sometimes Bruce takes him on little day trips and such but then Tim’s parents and Bruce get into an argument about something (could be completely unrelated) and they get so pissed they’re like you don’t get to see him anymore and you can only minimally interact with him at events
And when Bruce does end up adopting dick he really hopes that maybe Jack and Janet will Tim come over again so they can be friends because he thinks they would along well but they say no and then Tim decides that Bruce needs to spend more time with dick at events because dick hasn’t been them before and he starts avoiding Bruce and just watching them and this makes Bruce like sad ya know and because he’s Bruce he never talks about these things so like dick doesn’t even know about Tim
Then later when Tim figures out their identities he’s like ‘bruce? my best friend Bruce ?! and robins the guy I look up to really ?! And oh my god Alfred’s gotta be in on it somehow’
Meanwhile Bruce still worries and misses Tim but continues on in a canon-ish way but with their dynamic changing bc this is not my father this is my friend ya know
Then like way later when Tim is Red Robin he gets de-aged to pre-circus days and is like ‘this is my best friend Bruce even if he’s super old now’ and the other kids r baffled ‘you two knew each other ?!’ and Bruce and Tim r like ‘yeah duh we didn’t hide shit from u guys’

They can find out through pictures cuz u know how people talk about the batkids baby pictures really r just the photos they had from their first years but then when he gets to Tim he has like actually baby pictures that were clearly taken in Wayne manor and r like wait how do have these and then he starts taking about tiny baby Tim and how he had his first steps in the bat cave and that one time he had a allergic reaction and Bruce freaked so bad he was useless etc. etc. and none of the others know how to handle this information like ‘awe cute little Tim’ but also like jealousy bc they see the way Tim is treated different (maybe not favorite but still pretty different) and they all kinda wonder how things coulda been if they were with Bruce younger especially Damian he is very not happy and doesn’t what to do at all
Extra bonus if Tim isn’t here when they’re taking about this so Tim comes home and everyone’s acting weird and he is very confused so obviously he starts investigating cue way to many shenanigans and misunderstandings (but like in the least angsty way)
Danny and Tim switch bodies at different times. The reasons why this happens are up to you.
To be honest, Tim is kinda really into it, because now he has Jazz to fuss over him when he's Danny. Danny, meanwhile, really, really wants to run away from the Drake family home; not that anyone would notice, since Tim's parents aren't around, like, 98% of the time.
Anyway, Danny getting Tim to Amity Park would definitely be a plus. The only thing that goes against that plan is that the Gotham superheroes keep catching him and retrieving him back to the Drake's empty house.
Also, oops! Now the vigilantes have noticed the lack of parental presence and want to bring him/Tim into their house.
Gotham was built on a cave system. Batman has referenced a Bat Cave before. Tim is currently in the cave system. He is in the cave system that he entered from Drake Manor. Drake Manor is right next door to where Batman- The Bruce Wayne- lives. Holy Cavern, Batman! Tim had just accidentally wandered into the Bat Cave’s cave system.

Tim, having found a weird hole after a storm, decides to go exploring ignoring the fact that This Is Gotham and They Probably Have Cursed Stuff Down There.
Luckily, it was just a cave system that spans the entire Gotham underground. Unluckily, Tim is a very curious child.
