Last Wednesday our sweet Ollie girl passed away. ❤️ It was totally unexpected and happened suddenly. Our vet said it was probably a heart issue or blood clot. This by far has been the hardest time of our lives and we miss her more than words can describe. We are trying to focus on all the amazing memories and cute photos we have of her. 💫. If there’s one thing we can all learn from her, it’s to follow your happiness and to live your best life every day! She was a our wild child and nothing can replace her. Have you guys heard of human design? It’s basically a combo of astrology, I-Ching, chakra system and quantum physics. Setting boundaries and how it raises your self worth! Boundaries can be extremely uncomfortable to establish when you are starting out. You may have to have difficult convos and it can even change the dynamic of a relationship or friendship. The thing is, boundaries aren't for the other person, they are for you! They help you feel more comfortable and they allow you to choose what you will and won't tolerate in your life. The great thing about that, is that when you begin to create boundaries, toxic situations will begin to fall away or remove themselves from your life. And that's when the MAGIC happens! You have to clear space in your life if you are wanting to call something new in. Letting go of a negative situation allows for new opportunities to come into your life!! Saying no to the things you don't want, also let's you have the time and energy to say yes to the things you want more of in life. Boundaries can initially be tough to establish but once you do, it gets easier to keep them in place and to reap the rewards. I’ve really been into adding herbs into my smoothies and decided to try it with my coffee this morning and it was amazing! 🤸🏼‍♀️Got my caffeine fix with an extra dose of adaptogens and minerals! Here’s the recipe • 8 oz iced coffee • 3 oz @oatly oat milk (any plant milk will work but this frothed up so nice) • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp chaga • 1 tsp @shaman_shack_herbs Shapeshifter blend • 1 tsp vanilla • Add stevia to taste if you like some sweetness! I threw everything in my bullet for 15 seconds and it blended so well and made it frothy! You can also sub any herbs or supplements you have as well! You could even add a little more milk and some protein powder as well!🌱 Bonus points if you have a glass straw!
