It's official: Ribbit wins the "haunting the narritive" award for the TADAA au.
bc everything Pomni does to Jackie is based on something that happened between her and Jax.
and everything Jax did to Pomni was based on something that happened between him and Ribbit.
And in another alternate universe, Jackie does to another unfortunate soul things based on something that happened between him and Pomni.
This is all Ribbit's fault, bc no one did anything to her.

I’ve received one too many possible bot scam comments about making comic adaptations, and so I’m mentioning this here, and I will be mentioning this next time I post on both of my posting sites (Ao3 and Wattpad).
If you genuinely want to work on a comic adaptation you need to:
1; reach out via Tumblr (private message is recommended, but feel free to reach out however)
2; mention potatoes somewhere in your message (extra credit if you know the reference)
3; mention what media you plan to make your comic in (paper vs digital // if digital, what program are you planning to use)
Just general bot weeding, you know how it goes.
I already have two people that have offered to make adaptations, and both I have confirmed for myself aren’t bots (you know who you are), but I am beyond happy to accept other’s offers.
And, of course, you don’t actually need to ask permission to make any amount of fan art for my fic/characters/art! Feel free to surprise me if you so wish, but just know that if you do ask I’m almost always going to give the a-okay! This includes, but is far from limited to, drawings, fanfics of my fanfic, different adaptations, etc.
I do, however, wish to be upfront about this: do not come offering anything that you’d like to be paid for. I do not have the money to be hiring anyone for a real commission. I’m more than appreciative of fan work, but I am unable to actually pay for anything. Just giving the heads up to save peoples time and energy!

But now the movie is out, and Goose made that one post about an alt au where Jax/Lilly didn't fumble Ribbit, and now all of a sudden one of my OTPs is flooding the internet...

I watched the live stream, took out the trash, sat down at the computer, and pumped out a record almost-30-pages of slop for this ship in, like, five hours or smth, it was not healthy

The more I write self-aware masking Pomni, the more I realize she might be more of a reflection of me than I already knew/thought…….
Like, I’ve written several personal issues into her character, and it’s barely noticeable, and idk if that’s a signs of how fucked up I am, or how fucked up she is, but that’s fucked up-

I have a few ideas…………….. and most of them involve adding a fourth part to the main “trilogy”…….
And the idea I’m currently most sold on rn is really funny to me bc it’s based on a FNaF song….

I’m doing a volunteer gig this week at my sibling’s summer school thing, which has left me with time to think, and I came up with the greatest argument scene between Wiz and Caine physically imaginable for the ending , and I couldn’t not write it (eventually).
And in case that doesn’t sound impressive (given how often the gang argues with him) Wiz is basically Caines fourth parent (along with Kinger, Queenie, and Scratch) given they helped rebuild his code from almost scratch after ep 8. And it hurt me just thinking about it, which means if I do this right……
