If I was doctor who showrunner my idea is this. The doctor is played by some young beautiful twinkus. But! He acts his real age. Old ass man in a youthful body. Uses a cane. His companions can be young beautiful 20somethinfs but he shows no sexual or romantic interest, not even joke-flirting or accidental-flirting like 11 did constantly. Instead he is solely attracted to old women. Is dame judi dench still alive? They make out sloppy style onscreen
