I can just imagine the bit of surprise feeling how genuine Dear’s patience and empathy towards others is. I’m sure he’s sensed it before as he’d mentioned, but to experience it is very warming. Understanding then where Lasko’s coming from all those times he’s went on about how comforting he feels having someone give him the chance to find his footing and ease his nerves 🥹
The way he actually mentioned his little fling with Lasko and how he’s been basically treading on ice because he didn’t where they might’ve stood with him for it 😭
I just know Dear was more intrigued than anything akdjakdks I like to think their lil conversation after the video was followed up with “So..a 7-11, huh?” and that’s kinda what I was tryna capture here, Gavin feeling more comfortable to talk freely with them. Spilling tea over shared fries is the best way to bond~
- Geordi has read the harry potter series three times and when Cutie does something that aligns with their house he points it out in his mind. Cutie responds with a sideways glare LMAO (speaking of Geordi, i miss that guy:( i was listening to his playlist earlier today)
- Guy plants little love notes all around his and Honey’s apartment for them to find. he pretends he doesn’t know that they keep every single one and reads them often.
- Asher is on the super possessive side when it comes to Baaabe. he just hides it because he feels embarrassed by it.
- David still thinks about Angel’s cat and secretly wishes they were able to take it when they had the chance (“if we keep it it’s your cat, not mine” my ass)
- Milo breaks into dance randomly. with no music. in public or in private, it does not matter. he will think of a song in his head and bust a move.
- Damien is desperately trying to get Huxley into Resident Evil
- Damien loves Leon Kennedy just as much as the next guy, but his favorite character is Luis :3
- Lasko has his nipples pierced. idk it just seems like something he’d do
- Gavin walks around without pants often. Freelancer has had to tell him on multiple occasions to put pants on when the guys are over. he, in true Magnus Bane fashion, likes wearing a formal button down + blazer combo with no pants (he actually pulls it off surprisingly well) ((he IS wearing underwear))
- Huxley collects chapsticks. i’m not elaborating.
- if Hush was an aquatic creature, he would be a mako shark :3
- Sam has Kiss’ entire discography. he grew up listening to them over the years and it reminds him how far he had come in life
- Vincent sometimes dresses up for the hell of it, crown and all, and makes Lovely dress up with him and takes pictures. it has to be a VERY specific kind of mood and a very specific kind of day.
- William and the other elder vampires like David Bowie…those are just the vibes i get
- Caelum loves throwing dance parties with Gavin and Freelancer. they have never turned him down. when an “inappropriate” song comes on, Caelum sits with his mouth wide open and giggles to himself in disbelief. (“they said too many bad words…execute them” - caelum probably)
these are just random and stupid and they made me giggle
Guy has been assigned a partner for the newest writing project, they're not so nice and it's giving him some doubts. Luckily he has a grumbly s/o to comfort him about it.
Honey comes home to a silent apartment, frowning (more than usual) they set their stuff down and call out to their boyfriend. He usually comes running at them like a puppy after work, so where is he now?
"...Guy? You here?" They look around the small living room, nothing, they check the kitchen, nothing, as the continue their search they get more and more concerned.
"guy..? Can you say something please?" They finally reach the bedroom, where they find a very distraught looking guy sitting in their shared bed, curled up and staring blankly at his laptop.
"...guy?" The approach him slowly, the tears gathering in his eyes making them even more concerned. He doesn't move but his eyes dart to them, focusing on them as he struggles to keep himself together.
Honey sits carefully next to him, their hands hovering over his shoulders waiting for permission
"can I touch?" He hesitates and gives a small headshake. He doesn't want touch right now. They nod and bring their hands to their side, scooting a little further from him so he doesn't feel trapped.
"Did something happen? I can try to fix whatever it is...." they don't make eye contact like usual, they don't know what he does and doesn't want right now. Guy doesn't answer.
"would doing the tapping system help? I know you don't like moving much when you're like this, but I can't help if I don't know anything. " Guy taps once. Yes. They tap the mattress in return.
"okay, was it something at school?" One tap, okay, so maybe it's stress.
"was it an assignment?" Guy hesitates and gives three taps. Yes and no. They nod, perplexed but trying to figure it out anyway.
"a person then?" A very quick tap. So a person made him like this.
"can you type out what's going on in that head of yours? Or no, we're not doing any big moving right now." They get no response, instead he reaches for his laptop, slowly uncurling his body and starts typing.
"we started a new project, but it has partners this time. My partner is very...rude," he frowns and deletes the last word.
"...very...judgemental. she's been deleting and rewriting everything I write and then getting mad at me for not writing anything...I mean, I thought everything I was writing was good," Guy's eyes are filling with tears again.
"...but I guess it's not as good as I thought? I don't know, my mind is being mean to me right now, I can't even talk for fucks sake." He deflates as a tear falls. Honey is seething while at the same time so very concerned for their boyfriend.
"....can I touch? I need to do something." He turns to them, confused but nods anyway. They gently put their hands on the sides of his face, pulling him close to their face.
"your writing is beautiful. And if somebody can't accept that, it's their problem, not yours. Your mind is being mean to you." They kiss his forehead and back up a bit, giving him some space. They hesitate before this next comment, the last time they said it, it got taken too seriously and gave them the harsh demeanor they have now.
"...if you need to be mean..." they make eye contact, take a deep breath, and continue.
"be mean to me."
