I always buy neutral colors (black, white, cream, tan, and all shades of brown and grey) that would suit my basics: simple tops, trousers, cardigans, etc. Make your outfit look 10x better with something as simple as adding a leather jacket or a nice cardigan, paired with some black or nude heels & simple jewelry. Try finding a pair of black or blue jeans that are comfortable and hug your body in the right way. And for date nights I suggest you get a little black dress and a nice pencil skirt with a button-up.

So I had my first surgery today

I had contoured smart lipo of my upper and lower abdomen as well as my waist. I have a high threshold for pain so I thought this was going to be a walk in the park but let me tell you it was not! The part that was unbearable for me was when the doctor was injecting the lidocaine into my stomach. It literally felt like I was being stabbed to death but everything after that was fine. The nurse told me it was going to feel like I did a million crunches post surgery but I still had to take an oxy on my car ride home for the pain but I took a nap when I got home and now I feel a lot better.

Now can I just take a moment to tell you how damn FINE my plastic surgeon was omg 😍😍😍😍😍😍. It’s so hard to turn my sugar slut off because I was flirting hard. He said he’s going to call me later to see how I’m doing and I’m already plotting on a way of asking him to mentor me 😏

Okay it’s officially been a month now and the beginning was definitely the worse. I personally don’t feel like I see results but everyone from my coworkers to my sister and have been telling me I look slimmer and have a smaller waist (my main intention was to shrink my waist). I would also recommend to start working out again as soon as you can to maximize your results and to drink plenty of water. And wear your garments as long as you can, I’m in the stage now where they recommend only 12hrs of wear but I still wear it all day and even to bed sometimes. I hope this helped to answer your questions and concerns.

It’s about 5months later and I would say it’s 1000% not worth it IMO. My few friends that do know I’ve had it done say I look exactly the same. If you have the money to spend and want to do it anyway then go for it but I would honestly suggest to just eat right and work out, and you should be fine and you also won’t have to worry about weird shit like not being symmetrical afterwards if you lipo your waist and in the event of gaining weight back getting lumps.

My tummy pudge is just so stubborn! I’ve been trying to get rid of it for years and it does NOT want to go anywhere. Maybe just lipo is the way to go, or have it put into one of my breasts to even it out….

Girl I literally lived in my faja and then order a few more and then started waist training as well. And I’m not going to lie I see a difference but not what I wanted, I liked my body better before but there’s nothing I can do about that now. My stomach didn’t change, my waist I wanted slimmer or actually I was like spongebob before and just wanted a waist, IMO it looks weird and unnatural and my fiend suggested I bet a bbl to make everything more cohesive but that’s not what I wanted and still don’t want, but it also might just be noticeable to me bc my SD doesn’t notice what I’m talking about and my bestie says I look fine but I don’t like it, that’s why I say working out is soo much better because your body is naturally going to slim down and change to that way it’s meant a to be. My bestie also told me when it comes to lipo especially in the stomach area smartlipo isn’t a good choice it’s better to go under the muscle she says.

Don’t worry the “fluff and contour’ comes in time. You got done in the US or outside? To be honest  I gotta agree with your friend as smart lipo-depending on how much tummy is there does nothing. Many don’t want to hear this but a TT is the only way to get the ultimate flatness, not only do they cut the skin but they also tighten your muscles. Well some docs do. I know many of my surgery sisters who gag at the thought of a TT because of the lines but that is where good research comes into play. I’m all for the TT life as that is one of the many procedures I’m getting done. We are our biggest critics so it is very possible that you could be being harsh on yourself. I beat myself up all the time being that I’m in that in-between stage as all my other friends are on their 2nd to 4th rounds. So I get it. Working out for me since I had a little one worked to a certain extent. There is still the lose skin that is there that needs to go far far away from my body. PASSPORT far. But give it time. @nysugarrrr

I had it done in the US and I researched the doctor and reviews and everything checked out. I do have to say the reason I strayed away from TT is because I tend to see a wrapped belly button afterwards on a lot of women who’ve had it done and I don’t want that and plus I’m not fat and don’t carry a lot of weight in my abdomen, when I had the procedure done the doctor removed less then 700ml from my upper & lower abdomen and waist all together. I didn’t take before and after pics because the doctor did buy I’m going to upload a phot of me from the summer and a photo of me now to see the difference.

Yea I do see that with many American docs not to say it can’t happen overseas but I just see it more in American surgery. He didn’t pull a lot however the TT might have possibly given the result you are looking for now. But again it sounds like you are still in the beginning stages so with your current routine being consistent you should be good. If not well then there is always another round you can do. @nysugarrrr

Yeah I’m around month 4 now, if I don’t like my results in a full year I’m going back under and doing TT, do you know when you’re getting yours done? I’d love it if you could keep me posted and maybe have an idea or where to go outside of the states for better results

I would love to see pictures of your surgery!! I got my breast done in May last year. I wanted to get the Brazil butt lift this year but I don't qualify for the surgery yet. Miami is really good for plastic surgery. I got my breast done there and I love them.
