No capes au where Bruce’s newly adopted son seems to have made a friend at school — finally. So when baby Dick wants to have a play date with his new friend Wally Bruce tries to get the ginger boy’s parental contact to arrange a date. Wally leads him to his uncle — Barry Allen — and Bruce has to genuinely pause for a moment because just wow.

For an unrelated reason Bruce insists both him and Barry supervise the play date at Wayne manor.

Barry doesn’t have a favorite season, but he sure has a least favorite.

He always hated winter. Before he got his powers it meant he has to freeze since he couldn’t afford heating, waiting for busses in the snow was also hell.

After he got his powers busses were not an issue anymore, but the idea of him getting slower and slower the colder he got was horrible. So he always bundled himself to hell and back with jackets, sweaters, gloves, boots, etc.

AU where after Bruce comes back from the time stream, him and Damian get along more like a grand father and grand son than father and son. Mainly because Bruce was raised by an old soul and in turn ended up acting like one.

A vampire who disguises himself as a human vampire hunter.

Not because he hates his kind, but because human blood just doesn’t do it for him. He can only ever feel satisfaction when he drinks the blood of his own kind.

He is seen as a hero in the human world, someone who has killed hundreds of vampires for the “greater good”. And he accepts that title, smiling for the camera with his lips closed so his fangs don’t meet the eyes of a real human.

Do you think Barry writes fanfiction? What of? Batflash? Self-insert Batman romance?

While the idea is funny I don’t think Barry is the type to write fanfiction.

From how I’ve seen him in shows and comics Barry seems to lean more in to the STEM aspect of life rather than the creative side.

So would he have read fanfiction as a kid? Possibly. But I don’t believe he would write any.

What is an au or trope or tag that you would love to write for Barry or brubarry/batflash?

I mainly like to write fluff since I really like them both and my weak heart can’t handle either of them hurt (even if they are not real)

Top ten Barry Allen headcanons!

This took me a minute to get to but here it is now !!

Vinny’s top ten Barry Allen headcanons!!

1. He eats lots of pizza. Not because it’s his favourite, but because it’s cheap, accessible, and high calorie

2. Has little twitches and spasms occasionally from how much electricity he’s around + how much he uses his muscles when running.

3. Not a fan of sugary coffee. His favourite is “The Flash” from the flash series on Netflix (I’ve been rewatching it hehe).

4. On the topic of not liking sugary coffee, he also prefers to eat more savory foods like burgers, fries, meats, chips, etc.

5. He is very flexible, like reach his foot above his head as he stands type flexible. I feel like in biology it could come from his enhanced body functions (?) but it’s just an idea I like in general.

6. Despite his enhanced healing he dislikes getting injured too much, mainly due to the fact his pain tolerance isn’t as high as other JL members.

7. To go with the enhanced healing, it lets him get piercings and heal them very fast due to that they also close fast. With that I’d like to say Barry likes to experiment with different piercings since it would only take a few hours or days to heal up.

8. Owns so many winter clothing and accessories, since the cold slows him down he tries to stay warm at all times. Makes him feel weak when he’s too cold to run.

9. When he was a kid (after the passing of his mother and arrest of his father) Barry could hardly sleep full nights without waking up in nightmares. It got so bad he had to be heavily medicated on sleeping pills.

10. Sometimes, he feels like he can see the reverse flash’s lighting in the corner of his eyes. The wrong coloured streak haunts him more than he would like to admit.

Omega! Barry Allen

Headcanons of Barry Allen as an omega in the universe of the omegaverse >^<

- his pheromones smell like a mix of lightning and rain. like the smell of the end of a thunderstorm

- as the flash he needs to suppress his scent, since when ever he runs he expels pheromones at a faster rate.

- he mainly wears scent patches when out as flash since his metabolism burns through any type of suppressants in minutes.

- due to how much stress he was put under during his childhood he ended up presenting very early.

- because of the way his internal functions are sped up, the period between his heats are shorter then a normal omegas heat.

- during his heat and pre-heat he is very clingy, he practically become a barnacle towards anyone his trusts. he will even go as far as whining and mewling when he gets ignored for more than a minute.

- when I say cling like a barnacle, I mean he clings. arm and legs fully wrapped around whoever scarified their freedom for him.

- takes his nesting very seriously, despite his usual playful demeanor he will growl, snap, and yell at anyone who messes up his carefully made nest, or tries to enter without his permission.

- will happily use his speed to run around and get clothing, pillows, blankets, etc. that smell like his pack (even though they happily give it to him either way)

- overheats very easily due to his speed. everyone has to make sure he stays in a cool room.

- loses his appetite during his heat. it gets to a point of him being forced to eat, mixed with his metabolism it ends up in him losing at least a pound each heat.

- very caring and parental to young pups, and tends to get very upset when they where unscented since he himself never was as a young pup.

- he really wishes to have pups but getting pregnant is difficult for him with how much physical exercise he does and his enhanced body.

- he has a violent breeding kink, it stems from his wish to have kids but he will beg and beg to get pregnant when heat brained.

- not really vocal in a speaking way, but he whines a lot and will whisper in to the pillow.

- he has crazy stamina, which practically duplicates during heat. even Superman couldn’t wear him out.

- has a size difference kink and gets off like crazy to body worship.

- he wanted to be face to face at all times, will either shove his nose in to the scent gland of the other person or keep eye contact.

I don’t usually find myself gravitating to transgender headcanons in general.

It’s not like I have any issue against them, I just personally don’t really enjoy them most times since I find the writers sometimes just dumb the whole character down to the fact they are trans. Though I may just be finding bad ones and can really enjoy them when they are done properly.

But the chocolate thing is actually super cute and so feel like it could happen, and if not trans Barry I could see it happening to omega Barry.

C-camboy Barry au? 👀🫣💗👀🫣💗👀🫣💗

I hope this is regarding the last post because I can’t say I have anything fully written for this.

But in my own AU (bit of an au dump here lolz) Barry becomes the Flash way younger, like around 21-22 years old rather then the canon 25-28 age range. He also never actually gets taken in by any family after the death of his mother and arrest of his father, meaning he aged out of the foster system.

Due to his younger age lack of support he tends to have to pick up a lot of side gigs and jobs to be able to keep a proper roof over his head (unable to work in forensics like in the show due to lack of college education). And with his added need of extra food he is mostly living paycheck to paycheck.

So with all this I could totally see a version of Barry where to make some extra cash he becomes a camboy with whatever device he has. Seeing how he is young, attractive, and has a good figure from all his running I could see him also gaining a good following and money from the new gig.

I really like the idea and might try to write about it one day if anyone has any interest o_0

Oh I adore cuddle pollen. As someone whose love language with romantic partners I is physical touch: cuddling is amazing.

Especially when Barry’s mentality of it is “the more the merrier” and just cuddle the whole JL when under its influence.

Truth serum is also a good one, any type of it as well. Angst, accidental confession, fluff, etc.

This last one is more and AU mixed as a troupe but, camboy Barry Allen sounds fun to me. But honestly I like camboy AU’s in general.

To be fully honest this idea has crossed my mind but I always put it on the back burner because I’ve never found myself good at writing angst. But comfort zones are loser propaganda!

Barry who almost instantly became infatuated with Batman ever since they first met, that infatuation morphing in to a deeper burning desire the longer the two knew each other.

Barry who fell in love even harder when the JL finally revealed their identities and he saw that his long crush was the most eligible bachelor. Which filled him with hope because that meant he wasn’t in any relationship.

Barry whose world collapsed in on itself the first time he saw Selina Kyle and Bruce together.

Selina who had not just Bruce but Batman looking down and smiling at her softly as easily as breathing.

Selina who could do any theft and Batman — the man who wouldn’t even let jaywalking go unpunished — would give her leeway.

Bruce who was utterly infatuated with Selina. The same way Barry was with him.

Barry who was practically nothing compared to Selina. Younger, awkward, financially insecure, and male.

Barry who slowly began to realize that Bruce couldn’t possibly be attracted to other men the way he was. Slowly watching day by day as Bruce gives him the same cold Batman treatment he gives to everyone except Selina.

Barry who finally understands that Selina Kyle had Bruce Wayne tied around her finger like a thread of fate, something he could never have.

Bruce was something Barry could never have.
