Introduction!

This tumblr and subsequently our ao3 are run by two people!

Aru (he/they): Writes fic, jumps between fandoms at the speed of a mildly hurried snail, started off with Danny Phantom (ghosts my beloved) and has learned a great many things about themself over the past 6 years. Will occasionally shitpost and dip. Also the one who does podfics! Uses proper capitalization and never tags their posts.

lilac (she/her): Hi! I occasionally write fic (im the pseud on ao3 lol) and draw fanart, and am interested in TOH, ATLA, Gravity Falls. BBC Merlin, and Miraculous Ladybug! im the main user of this account but have an art blog here (@itslilacmoon). i am a huge yapper so i mark all my original posts with #lilac post and tag things properly because I'm not a Fucking heathen Aru :3

We give blanket permission to make fanart, write fanfic, record podcasts, or any other transformative works of any of our fanfics (as long as you inform us). We do NOT give permission to use AI to do anything with our works.

something small that annoys me So So badly when reading project hail mary fics is when they use xenonite for literally Everything. houses furniture tools lab equipment you name it it's made of xenonite. i REFUSE to believe that everything is made of xenonite, there HAS to be other materials they use that we just don't know about. its my biggest pet peeve because imagine if it was the other way around. you meet an alien and his ship is made of aluminum, and then you go to his home planet and literally everything ever made is also made of aluminum. hello hi welcome to my aluminum house you can sit here on my aluminum couch. this is where I eat dinner at my aluminum table and here's my aluminum bed where I sleep under cozy aluminum blankets. This is bat friendly street lighting, which not only looks sick as fuck but allows bats to pass through without disturbance, as they cannot see red.

orange and especially white lights deter bats and prevent them from reaching feeding grounds at nighttime. Please if you can, write to your local council and encourage red street lights!!!!
