I really like Yuri in this chapter. I think that this chapter really displays that Yuri isn't really a sis con, he is a traumatized man who idolizes his big sister because she, from his view, gave up everything for him. He does want Yor to be happy, but he also struggles with letting her have the space to do that. He wants to always be there because that's how they've always been. 90% of the issue with Loid and Anya for Yuri is how fast it happened. We have to remember, at the beginning, Yuri WANTED Yor to find a boyfriend. He wanted her to be with someone, to be cared for.

Yuri demanding they switch the actor for Loid is a huge step because it shows that while he may not like the choices his sister makes, he does respect them. He acknowledges that Loid is Yor's husband. He accepts that Yor would be more comfortable kissing her husband than some rando (she absolutely wouldn't but he don't know that). Yuri asking wasn't just for his sake, it was for Yor's. Because to Yuri, the issue was that it was a man she wasn't married to, a stranger, someone who'd she'd be uncomfortable with. His request prioritized Yor's feelings over his own, even though the reasoning he understands her to have is different from the truth.

Yuri loves his sister. And that love is very complicated and layered. But I feel that this chapter has finally fully established he IS NOT A SIS CON. He just wants what's best for Yor, and her marriage to Loid was so sudden and out of left field that of course he doesn't like it. When he said he wanted her to get a boyfriend, he truly meant that. He wanted her to start dating, then he could evaluate the guy, make sure he is safe and good, and be there every step to make their lives better. But Yor suddenly announced that oh she is married, has been for a year (lie), now has a step child, and her husband is a very suspicious man (in the eyes of an agent like Yuri). No shit he wasn't thrilled! Yuri starting to accept Loid's place in the family, while Yor is accepting her feelings for Loid is basically what Yuri had planned on, he just hadn't planned for them to already be married.
