Emergency!

Does anyone know anything about African Dwarf Frogs? I have two and one is bloated in the belly and lethargic. All the sources I have found say he has Dropsy (Edema) and noone can pinpoint a cause. I quarantined him in a small tank and thoroughly cleaned the big tank and everything in it before returning my healthy boy to it. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO HELP MY FROG
