Ok so info / thought dump on this.

1. I was wondering why he was promoting his SoundCloud recently.

Turns out he is now publishing music through RepostNetwork, which is SoundCloud's music publishing network. Which, yes, provides a YouTube copyright claiming system where he can claim and monetize videos that include his music, just as he was doing with TuneCore.

2. This channel may still be monetized (since it wasn't one of the three mentioned by YouTube in his demonetization email) or he may be going the music claiming route. Here are the videos currently on the channel:

3. The videos on this channel are set for Kids, which allows the videos to show up on the YouTube Kids app.

4. He disconnected his other channels from showing up on the channels tab. This is super recent. I just went through all his channels to update the LoO sub counts a little over a week ago and it was still connected to his other channels.

5. He also set a few songs to premiere on his Speaks channel recently as well.

6. Just wanted to note this is what he said when someone on his forum asked why he wasn't as active anymore on there.

Seems like he's trying to make more money from music and not just in the sneaky-put his songs in his Sarah bashing videos- way. Now (maybe?) with re-branding himself on Youtube. Edgy songs on Speaks and branching out to children on Archive.

I'm extremely surprised it took him this long to make a children's music channel. I've been expecting him to try this for years. Kids videos & music has the potential to do really well on Youtube. Especially since small children like to watch the same things over and over. His best performing video ever was flashy, colorful, silly music. Perfect for kids. There was actually a trend that went on for a few years where kids would re-create the banana song in Gacha Life and upload them to YouTube. Some of them have millions of views. I'm sure he's aware of it. During the peak of the Chris Hansen saga, I'd search Onision on Youtube and sort by new to see what people were saying and I'd have to wade through so many of those Gacha Life videos. (He made money off of all of those videos for sure. They were always claimed by TuneCore "on behalf of Onision")

I think there was a vimeo page which contained a bunch of videos Onision filmed of himself doing auditions for some acting roles (for television maybe?) during 2019. That was the same year he legally changed his name. He was trying to branch out into professional acting, although he was still creating YouTube and Patreon content. No idea if he genuinely wanted to become an actor full-time but it I doubt it would have worked out anyway (given his history, personality, and lack of skills).

According to Billy, at that time Onision was at the point where his Youtube career was doing so poorly he was considering driving for Uber. It's definitely possible he would have tried acting. Especially considering how much he brags about his acting abilities lol.

Not to be, like, extra cynical or anything but like, The Oscars aren’t known for being super supportive of diversity, so is it kind of odd that the only movie up there with an openly gay character. So like, this might just meant to be knocking the MCU for reasons, but like this seems a bit, IDK, sinister to me, just saying
