Hazbin Hotel Season 2 Epsiode 7 + 8 Review
Alright! Final two episodes! Let’s see how this season ends!
SHE REMOVED JUST THE "E"?!
Pink Corruption Season 2 Episode 6 Part 1 Review
So ummm... *Claps hands.* I'm back.
Um... I wasn't expecting part 1 of the next episode of Season 2 to drop this year.
Spoiler Warning!
So basically the first part shows the perspective of the Big Giant Circles Group already getting ready to evacuate everyone in Spheral Village, and Rincle giving Copter their tree pieces to bring them to the Caretakers at Iris's Home.
The Bossfight Group, Circumsphere and Cintagon were setting up the cannons for likely something big to come. Perhaps the next Tree of Life Beast?
We got a few new stuff to learn here.
It's confirmed that Spheer is 12 years old.
You all remember that purple FURRY from the previous episode? This first part confirms his name, which is "Volsphere".
So yes that's it. Bye, bruh...
Time to take the crap on the trash
Stealing A Joke From Simpsons' Golden Age (While Making It Fall Flatter)
Also again this version of hell is so openly LGBT why would they care she's gay. I mean sinners sure, but again the show is so LGBT why note the princess is gay.
I had to pause the episode for like 5 minutes because of it while covering my face...
The problem with Hellverse Parents
So i watched the newest episodes and besides the cringy 'Snip snip snip' song and just not really caring for the plot really, my no. 1 problem is with Lillith.
Since all of those scenes featuring her, just make her seem like a deadbeat mother and bassicly another version of Stella. Just a another mother who has selfish intentions and doesn't care for her 'UwU cute (arian) boy' and daughter.
At this point i can count on just one hand where a mother in the Hellverse is alive or not a selfish bitch. Like seriously Viv what kind of relationship you have with your parents to makes you repeat this trope again and again and again?
The tropes i'm talking about is the abusive dad and nice dead mom + caring, nice dad and awful bitch mom. The only parents that don't follow this trope are Millie's parents, but then again Viv doesn't really care about Millie does she?
In conclussion i just wish the parents in the Hellverse actually weren't just tropes, since most of the parents are dead, abusive or just don't exist.
Bye
More Leaks (And It Reveals This Season Is Just Going To Be Full Of Ass)
It's full of asspulls, ass backstories, ass development, and just plain ass.
We have the first episode giving focus on Vox. Why?
We already know that the second episode was going to be ass except for Gravity.
We get backstories but we don't get that big on actual found family and personal relationships with one another.
We know about Rosie and Alastor's deal which is ass. And again we have Alastor and Vox make a deal which is also ass and just wastes so much potential that could have been had with Lilith.
Also no one wants to hear anything about Vox and Val's sexual relationship it's gross.
Sera just kill him he deserves it.
Vox captures the king of hell. A freakin sinner captures the king of hell when the king of hell disposed of someone who took down Adam an angel. Again who wrote this half assed fanfiction of a series.
Also the weapon being able to penetrate heaven at all is just ass.
Ok, if anyone tries to play devil advocate for all this ass I am going to laugh in their face and believe they are smelling their own farts of copium.
Yea, I'm done....

"Blitz has Stolas. Moxxie has Millie. And what does Loona get? Paid."

at this point, i want friendship arc for Loona, i'm so sick of the romance in Helluva boss
Both shows need more friendship arcs tbh. :/
"From my personal point of view, Viv did a terrible job with making Stolitz appealing. I was like 11 when i first watched the pilot in my language and was there since the start of the series. I never ever found myself drawn to Stolitz, i didn't fangirled during their moments, liked Stolas at all, nor i wished for them to be together, and i was 12-13. It was a time when i was first introduced to anime and was the classic cringe yaoi shipper, so if you can't even get a little girl full of hormones into your pairing then you seriousily fumbled so bad"

Idk why they made cube, the most inexperienced caretaker. Take Teal, when it should’ve been Pyrare. The most experienced one.
More reason to stress this poor guy out ig
@jet-prince I mean... This series is just continuously not giving a flying fuck on making the main protagonist not catch a single break while still being a 'ongoing newbie'...
I feel like Pyrare could've probably took the responsibility of taking care of Teal because like you said, he is basically the first caretaker with the most experienced.
Like, Pyrare should've have done something since that episode to heavily disagree on Cube's decision and refuse to give him the responsibility because of HOW understandably skeptical Iris and Pentellow were in the recent episode.
So, this show has really really gone off the rails.
I watched the most recent episode and I’m so incredibly disappointed I came out of my “retirement” to adress this.
How many more characters do we need to add? How many more side plots do we need before we get actual valuable character development? How long has Dub, the main villain of the show. Gotten any actual good character development? The most we got about him is in season 1, episode 5 where Pyrare talks about him and his son, Barracuda. That’s it. We learn NOTHING more about him, this small interaction we have leaves us with a lot of questions we have yet to be answered 5 years later.
What was Pyrares true relationship with Dub? Were they kinda father son? Just friends? How did barracuda die? Why was he even evil in the first place? Why did he WANT to corrupt paradise??? How does Pyrare actually KNOW this. I don’t think we will actually ever know, at least, not for a very very long time.
I feel we’ve really really lost the plot. The main characters don’t feel like main character anymore. Anything interesting about characters are stripped 3-2 episodes later. (Cyanide, Dub, Ajaceare) it’s sad. Characters like Cube have been so dumbed down or forgotten about.
I wanted to complete the rewrite I promised so long ago, but, my life got super busy and I hardly even have the passion for this show anymore. Watching its downfall in real time is, disheartening. I was here for the show when it first release and seeing what’s happened to it really sucks.
This is one of the biggest issues about the show with potential that has been running for about like you said, 7 years by now...
Brittany and her sister are just only continuing the series just to pleased the fans while not giving off "good quality", which I was supposed to be expecting this show to have but I barely got any.
Like, I was expecting a good story, characters, worldbuilding, etc. Not a series that is this fucking rushed and poorly-written with wasted opportunities. Like you said, we didn't need these many unnecessary small sub-plots, such as Pyrare, Gold, Ajacenus and Ajavex searching for Ajaceare to cure Ajacent's infection back in Season 2 Episode 3. They already got rid of a potentially good and powerful villain there just to easily get clapped on by Ajacenus in a laser beam clash...
Season 2, Episode 5 Review (Second Half) and Final Verdict
I just completely finished Season 2, Episode 5. I felt like they could have expanded this episode a little more, but I thought it was just another okay episode.
Like, I think the weakest part about this episode is the opening scene. It was fucking whack and unearned in my opinion. Cube, despite still being a newbie caretaker is willing to take the responsibility to take care of both Teal (Cyanide), and his main hero Cyan. I'm being dead ass serious, Cube is voluntarily forcing himself with more responsibility onto his shoulders as a newbie, especially considering he can barely handle taking care of Cyan.
We do in fact get a bit more about the Reaper's abilities such as their soul manipulation powers. When the Reaper has shown the ability to sense and feel others' emotions within their souls, such as when The Reaper said this on how Iris is feeling:
"I can feel it. His soul is trembling in fear and anger."
In this scene, the Reaper is holding a small, white-purplish orb, which appears to be a fragment of Iris’s soul. This would explain the Reaper’s ability to directly sense and experience Iris’s current emotions.
Iris is already implied to be afraid and angered about the Reaper's return or whatever.
That unnamed purple sphere character with the animal fox features at the end part of the episode was kind of fire to look at especially his tail. He is also most likely a member of the the Shirobon Group.
I'm just gonna call these new species, "Anthro Shapes" because of them having animal features
And P.S. The Caretakers and Heroes are fucking dead next episode...
Final Verdict: 6/10
Alright the pink corruption community, how do we feel about the new episode????
@1nthev01d
I mean, Season 2, Episode 5 was like a 6/10. It was fine, not terrible or anything.

That is also explains why The Reaper was able to sense and feel what Iris is currently feeling right now.

My Thoughts On Season 2, Episode 5 Part 2
*Revives myself from my slumber.*
Sooooooo.... Part 2 of Season 2, Episode 5 ruined my slumber. Great...
Anyway. Part 2 itself doesn't have a whole lot for me to say like Part 1.
So in the beginning, the Bossfight Group returns to the village to go find the Caretakers and Heroes on what they saw at the Royal Graveyard before everyone, including Circumuscle went inside to discuss further.
I'm going to assume that this "Got the milk" joke simply implies that Circumsphere hasn't been back to his homeland for at least a significant amount of time now before the virus came around.
(If any of you can tell me more about this "Got the milk" thing, thanks.)
Cintagon (who still doesn't look like he's in his 40s or 50s) is being the literal goofball here, blurting out the legitimate answers in non-full sentences, which Circumsphere had to explain it himself on the Pink Corruption Virus has got to the Reaper, and Circusic has been revived (and corrupted).
While Iris was explaining to the others, he said this line, "The reaper is stronger than you think. I'd say he's just as strong as Dub."
Wait a minute pause, did Iris just use he/him pronouns for the Reaper?
I thought that entity was non-binary.
Anyway, as I was saying, I don't know what to make of these vague responses. You're simply stating that the Reaper themselves are just as powerful as the main antagonist, even though we don't actually know HOW strong that entity truly is outside of having a damn scythe, fly, and the ability to revive and grant supernatural powers to shapes, like the abilities associated with Iris's mark.
Doesn't seem that strong so far, although the Reaper could potentially have OTHER abilities that we haven't seen yet.
So yea after this, everyone starts to head out toward Iris's home by the end of part 2.
I hoping part 3 we explore more about the Reaper's power level other than just vaguely stating that, "Oh this entity is probably strong like Dub" and that's it. :/
